Nice cute small area. Both washrooms were very clean clean food is very stocked. I enjoyed it very much and the girl at the register was very helpful and very nice. Appreciate it. Would love coming back here again.

I have noticed that this location is not consistent in regards to the service and portions they provide to the customers which is very upsetting. I ordered a burrito with double meat and seems to me the server didn't give enough for what personally i paid for. With regards to consistency, it also seems they aren't the cleanest location either which is concerning to me and should be looked into; the serving line seems to get messy and not consistently cleaned which isn't good either; probably going to different places now.

If i could give it a 0 I would. The red haired employee was so rude and disrespectful. She barely put any portions but even when she did it was so sloppy she literally looked like she dreaded her job. The location is always empty and thats why its clean. Looked like they hated their job and just wanted to leave. After spilling sour cream all over my tacos they didnt even offer another one or discount.

Do not recommend. Yesterday, I ordered Chipotle chicken bowl for pickup. And it was awful and disgusting and burned chicken and old rice cold. I end up throwing it because animal would not eat it.

This place must've turned itself around because the portions are huge and the service is amazing!
I definitely recommend this Chipotle.

it was the worst bowl I had ever seen, they completely forgot to put 3 of my items including the steak and beans, they gave me a bowl with lettuce and white rice, tell me does that look like a bowl someone would get? The piece of paper says steak bowl and on top of it all the toppings. I was starving to death and had only 20 minutes to eat my lunch because of work and now im still starving after eating only rice and lettuce. I love chipotle but this place has gotta do better.

The most stingy place ever. Especially the girl that’s doing your order. It’s like she’s paying for the food.

Picking up an order that was placed 30+ minutes ago. Got there, and they never started it. Had to wait 20+ minutes for the food because it was 6 bowls

ordered for pickup and ordered extra corn and extra lettuce and they put no lettuce and half a scoop of corn like lettuce makes or breaks my chipotle bowl and i was so excited to eat with love island 👎

Place is disgusting and workers are useless. This chipotle needs to be out of business

I ordered a kids meal build your own and I specifically asked for extra white rice. From all the times I’ve been there they have never gave me extra rice. They give me the tiniest bit of food and I do not get full from it at all. Not happy. The environment is also disgusting.

Though my experience dining here before was okay, my experience ordering was very different. Despite ordering via app at 9:06pm (nearly an hour before closing time), I came in to pick it up around 9:30pm only to find that A) my order hadn't even been started and B) by then the employees ran out of two key ingredients for my order, but would not be making any more. Employees offered to replace the sides with other ingredients, but the mismanagement and resultant lack dissatisfied people so much that they refused to eat what I picked up for them. Which made it all a very big waste of money and effort on my part. So sadly, despite having eaten at other branches without trouble, I'm afraid this poor experience has ruined my enjoyment of Chipotle overall.

We ordered three bowls from this place through Uber, and the whole order was wrong. The food we received was soggy and missing salsa from everything. We will never eat at this location again. Other Chipotle locations are good except for this one.

I can't talk about the food since I never actually got to order lately. Not from around here, just visit at the same time once every month Sunday around 4 pm. The place looks dirty from the moment you enter, today 6.22.25 there were only two people working that I could see, the one guy emptying a bag of some liquid into a big bowl, no gloves. The other one was a girl at the register with a sour face who didn't seem like she was happy at all, no greetings, no nothing. There was food all over the counters, just a mess overall. Now if it was one time I would say, ok, maybe a bad day, but this has happened the last 3 times I've been there, same exact situation where I walk out of the place without buying anything. Possibly the worst Chipotle I've been to.
