Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Morton Grove

Service was very attentive and the food was excellent. My family and I had a very positive experience and plan to dine again at Cooper's Hawk again soon.

It's a shame how the quality of food and service has dropped off since this location is opened. We waited over 10 minutes before I had to go ask the front if we had a server. The server we were told that we had wasn't even in to work yet. 

Wow...what a downgrade! We had previously left a glowing review. However, tonight was an utter disappointment. Food took way too long to arrive at the table, order was wrong (multiple times), and the server was clearly new. Also, they changed the way the roasted veggies are served...major disappointment there as well.

We will not be going back.

My son and I had a lovely late lunch/early dinner at Coopers Hawk today, and it was such a treat, especially thanks to our server, Lori.
Lori was truly exceptional! She was helpful, even letting me taste a sauce from a new appetizer to make sure it wasn't too spicy. She also recommended some wonderful wines. Lori's friendly and warm personality really made our time special.

Outstanding Experience at Cooper's Hawk! Had a wonderful late lunch/early dinner at Cooper's Hawk today, thanks to our amazing server, Lori.
Lori was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond, helping us sample the sauce on a new appetizer to ensure it was just right. She also guided us to some excellent wine choices we wouldn't have typically tried, and we loved them. Lori's friendly demeanor truly made our meal a great one.
I rarely leave reviews, but Lori's service was truly outstanding! We'll definitely be back.

Ive been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. No matter the location it’s always a good time! Our server Jacob was so sweet and super fun!! Would 100% come back to have him again!! :)

It was a busy for. Monday, waited long for everything, 50 mins of waiting for appetizer never received entrees, since no appetizer requested to cancel the appetizer. They comp us drinks since they didn't messed up on appetizer and long wait, most of guests felt the same with the wait.

Highly recommend Crispy Brussel Sprouts and Braised Short Rib Risotto-pair this with a Merlot wine

Everything was fine and I love the lunch portion even on the weekend, except I did substitute the potato dish with a different potato dish and did not receive the substituted potatoe dish.

We come to this location all the time and have never had a bad experience. Yesterday we noticed that they were understaffed and everything took a lot longer. The section where we were sitting was not super busy so not sure why the service was so slow. We noticed multiple tables complaining. Hope it was just bad luck.

Lori our server continues to go above and beyond to give great service. Really appreciated her attention to my strict gluten free needs. Will come again!
