Terrible experience at the drive-thru. Staff had a bad attitude and poor customer service. I had a simple order, but they didn't give me a sleeve for my triple Culver's Deluxe and didn't even provide napkins. It felt like giving basic things was 'extra' to them. Service was careless and unprofessional avoid this location.

Whoever is running the drive thru needs to take a training course on proper customer service and properly greet customers and run a drive thru! The food is great but if someone is greeted like that, why even bother buying the food!

My husband and I went to Culvers for Turtle sundaes for my birthday (use to be my favorite). I ordered, took my number and sat down. We waited at least 5 minutes ( the place was empty) for our order when I finally went up to the counter to see what the delay was. The cashier looked at me confused and I told her we never received our ice cream and she looks at the guy by the ice cream station and says Oh he’s trying to fix something. It’ll be done in a minute. So I sat down to wait. Meanwhile there had to be 6 or more people behind the counter all laughing and talking loudly in Spanish. I turned around to see what all the commotion was about but they were just goofing around. Very unprofessional! Ice cream finally came and it was obvious mine was made first as I had whipped cream on it and it was melting. Hardly and toppings. This use to be our favorite location but not anymore

I actually love Culver's. No matter what location I have ever gone to, the employees are always cheerful, helpful, and have really a good sense of humor :) More companies should study culvers way of hiring!
Order the rueben..not always on the menu..delicious for fast food!

For fast food can't be at the price and service. Though they should fix their dining room radio. It's nothing but SiriusXM promos and it's loud. Better to turn it off completely or have some music on.

One of the best Culver’s burgers, I have had! The burgers were not floating in grease compared to other Culver’s. & the fries had the perfect crisp to them. Staff was super friendly.
