11:15am on Friday. I sat at thr drive-thru for over 5 minutes with no line and received no greeting. When I drove to the window I saw a guy with longer hair not attending to me even though he saw me there. There's absolutely no reason to be this unattentive and rude. Mind you there are no customers in drive thru and only one that I can see sitting inside.

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost everyday it’s right behind my home. The workers are great my coffee is always on point customer service is great. It pisses me off to see that orange tipping box. I mean this is how these workers get paid. It’s an inconvenience for the people that want to tip and absolutely unfair for the workers.

Got into the store instead of drive thru. There were 4 emplyoees but doesn't want to provide any service. All of them avoid to have any eye contact and pretend busy ( cleaning tables...) Then, one asked me to wait.One Asisan came from back and tried to help me then, saw short moment of he gave a bad look to the others. Realized that it was NOT their 1st time doing thus to Asian. He helped me to purchase a dozen of donuts. I appreciated his help but, it was so uncomfortable experience. I never had such kind of treatment from other Dunkin location!
