This D&D used to be super quick, but for some reason they became so short staffed that you have to wait 30 minutes for a drip coffee or just a bagel. Those currently on staff do not care. Management, what are you doing??

When we order a cold brew, do they really think we can't tell when they give us regular iced coffee instead? It's not the first time it's happened at this place. I won't be back. Another Dunkin off my list. Also tried the stuffed minis for the first time. They barely have any cream cheese inside. Far from "stuffed."? ?

Always great service! Doughnuts are always fresh and coffee ( hot and iced) is perfect. The sourdough breakfast sandwich is pretty good.

I understand Inflation change ,blah blahBut since you guys charge customer 5.00 for the ice coffee .Why the coffee quality less than Dollar store one ? smell bad mixed with Lots of water (Taste like just water)??

I order from the app and getting my coffee was taking longer and longer. So to accommodate, I was putting my order in 15 min ahead of time. Still, when I pulled up it wasn't ready. And when I point it out, they say "ok" and LITERALLY drag their feet while going to get it. And then hand it to me with no apology. It's been months. Today, i finally told them I've had enough. I'll go out of my way to order my coffee from a different location bcuz they clearly don't care about their customers here.

Shame on you! Soap dispenser broken with yechy caked on soap and filth all over it. Broken urinal. FIX YOUR WASHROOM!Dining area not kept clean. Customers yelling at staff for getting orders wrong
