Good taste and customer service at it's finest! I pre-ordered coffee cakes for gifts today and upon early am pick up, I was greeted and helped by Jorge. Coffee cakes were warm and fresh, and Jorge was very appreciative of the business and it showed! I hope to return for more special occasions knowing I can count on Ganache Bakery for all around top quality products, taste, selection and most important, service. It was almost like a 'throw back' to the way things...
One of the best cakes I have had in and around this area. We ordered a customized birthday cake for our son and daughter and the shape and taste of the cake was better than our expectation. The owner Jorge went above and beyond to make sure our cake was delivered in good shape on time and he himself went and assembled the birthday cake on the spot. I would highly recommend this place for cakes.

Even if you order them ahead of time. They seem to make your orders, so they finish them at the agreed order date. Always very fresh.
