Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Handling of Qurbani Order I went to pick up my Qurbani order today and was absolutely shocked to see that the meat was packed in black trash bags. When I asked the associate about it, he rudely replied, “That’s what we do.” I then requested a proper bag or at least something to stop the blood from leaking, as I couldn’t place a dripping trash bag in my car. His response? “We ran out of all bags. Nothing is there.”
I had no choice but to take it as-is. By the time I reached home, the car trunk was soaked in blood. Now, I have to spend extra money on professional detailing to clean the mess. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
My family and I have been regular customers, buying meat and groceries from this store, but after today never again. I’ve also informed my friends and relatives to avoid this place. The way they handle customers especially on such a sacred occasion is disgraceful. There’s no respect for the customer, no respect for the trust people place in them during Qurbani.
And to top it off, the meat quality and packing looks extremely poor. I’m deeply disappointed and feel cheated.
Everyone is free to make their own decisions, but this is my honest review. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I went through. Extremely disappointed.

My experience at Halal Express Mart was extremely disappointing due to the poor treatment we received. The safety of the store was concerning; my brother cut his finger on one of the doors, which were a safety hazard and wouldn’t open properly. Instead of offering help, the staff had an attitude when he started bleeding. We asked for a Band-Aid or an alcohol wipe to tend to his injury, but they claimed they didn’t have one, which was shocking and unacceptable. Overall, the lack of cooperation and helpfulness from the staff made a bad situation even worse, leaving us feeling neglected and unsafe in the establishment.

Their food was really good 2 to 4 months ago but something changed now. Small paratha roll is made with frozen paratha and the big one never available. Nihari never available. I hope they come back with the old food they used to have.

Absolutely Horrible experience with these guys. I’m sorry to say but they should be out of business just because of how poorly the food is made. I spent $50 of my hard earned money just for it to be wasted on food that is absolutely inedible. I ordered a Personal Pizza and it smelled like the cheese was old and the crust tasted like cardboard. The roll was not up to Par at all, I will not be coming back to this establishment as they don’t offer quality food.
