I would say the food is ok. The hot chocolate could be better, I would say it tasted really bitter. The steak isn't what I expected but it tasted alright. Regular toast, the sandwich was alright too. The waiter was really nice and the service was quick.

This place is excellent. They have a great counter to sit at if you're alone or plenty seating if you have a party. Matzo Ball soup was good, and it was the biggest matzo Ball I've ever seen in my life! Patty melt did the trick and you can have it cooked anyway you'd like. Maricela was my server and she was very sweet, like the coleslaw. I enjoyed my time here!

We go here after going to the theater matinee on weekends. We are usually their before the main dinner time. The soups have always been tasty. (I am a soup fan.) Fried chicken is usually very good, once or twice it seems someone was extra heavy on the batter but the chicken is always juicy and tasty. Generous portions. Most of the servers are pleasant and easy to access. My one real complaint is the cinnamon in the gravy....yuck! Can I please just get some plain old brown gravy or some chicken gravy. They were very good about changing out the potatoes for me and gave me some plain mashed potatoes.
