This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I have ever had. I ordered a thin crust meat lovers and was delivered a thin crust burned cheese pizza. When I called to discuss this situation, I was told that it my error and if I wanted them to make it right, I would have to pay for another pizza made right and come pick it up. Customer Service FAIL!!!! I snapped a picture of my burned cheese pizza...we will see what the GM thinks about a City Health Department Inspector being treated...read full review
