had one of the worst experiences ever at this Pizza Hut. The employees were extremely rude, unprofessional, and acted like they didn’t care about customers at all. When I asked a simple question about my order, they rolled their eyes and gave me attitude. They were talking and laughing among themselves instead of helping customers, and the way they handled the food looked careless. It’s shocking how disrespectful and unfriendly they were — no greetings, no smiles, and zero effort to make the experience pleasant. I’ll never come back here, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I don’t know what happened to Pizza Hut, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. The pizza arrived looking like it had been stepped on, barely warm, and the cheese had all slid to one side like it was trying to escape. The crust was dry like cardboard, and the sauce tasted like watered-down ketchup. To make things worse, my order was missing the drink I paid for, and when I called, I was put on hold for 15 minutes before someone finally answered—only to tell me they “couldn’t do anything” and hung up.
Honestly, I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy. Total waste of money, time, and appetite. Never ordering here again.

I order from here, so im surprised that when there was an advertisement for the $2.00 personal pan pizza on Tuesdays that the deal does not exist. Hard to believe that. If you won't honor the company's website you should not advertise that info on the website. See my screenshot showing the deal and then when I click on it the error message saying it's not available appears. I guess it's going to be a Totinos Pizza dinner night instead.

Wanted to try the Cheesy Bites pizza, so I picked up a large with bacon cheesy bites pizza. It was ok, pretty thin dough in the pizza part, the bites were just ok. Cheese in the bites was kinda weird, smelled a little off. The question will always be, is this good enough to buy again? And the answer is no. Nothing personal, it's a true food review, and it's just not good enough to spend money to eat again.

Food good , but why do you expect a tip? White guy working on may 6th @ 4:03 pm tells my brother “ really no tip ? “ like I’m obligated to tip , I’m picking up the order!!! I’m not getting it delivered or dinning !!! in than yes you deserve a tip!! if you don’t like your job get a new one or a career won’t ever come here again ! So rude telling a customer “ REALLY NO TIP” i might as well have went inside my self and said “ really no discount?” Or made the pizza my self since it’s so hard to make

I specifically add a note to every order I make requesting them not to send me extra drums as I do not like them. It’s supposed to be half of each but someone there likes to play games and send me extra drums after I specifically ask them not to do that. Perhaps they should hire people that know how to follow directions. As a customer I’m paying for an item so why is it so hard for your employees to follow directions.

Ordered pick up from here a couple of times. The place is clean, service was fast & professional, and the pizzas were perfectly prepared. I still love the original pan crust supreme, but it’s awesome that they can do half pizza orders. We got 2 large pizzas and 4 different sets of toppings. Everyone gets something they want. Great place.
