You need to focus on the little things such as customer requests and paid for sauces. I paid for a marinara, 2 ranch, and 1 garlic sauce. When picking up, we asked if all the dips were in the bag, which she had to then add. But she added 4 ranch, which was NOT what I ordered. The sauces are an ongoing issue for us. If they are a paid item, instead of free, they need to be in the bag!

The group of people working when I was in your facility last weekend are excellent. Nowadays finding good customer service is truly an a anomaly. As a company, you are lucky to have these guys working with you.

Service is getting bad at this location. I ordered pizza with three bread sticks, I picked up my order and upon arriving at home I found only one sauce. I ordered pizza last week and I asked for crushed peppers. I was told that they no longer have crushed peppers
