Cold fries mashed potatoes barley warm didn't give me my drink asked me if I wanted sauce for my chicken asked for blacken ranch said that's extra said ranch he said that's extra then the chichen is over cooked worst experience ever oh and to top it off price raised which I understand but a order that cost me $21 is now $35 that less then a month later will never come back

Update: New people...worst experience! On top of being extremely nasty, they lie right to your face. And it wasn't just my order that was all wrong. I will never be back. Just go ANYWHERE else. Go to the grocery store across the street. Better chicken, half the price and no abuse.

They are just really nice here. Accommodating and accurate.
My only suggestion is the chicken breasts are being cooked too long. My mother is very sad that this is permanent. They are borderline inedible for me too.
Cooks: they rest under an extremely hot heat lamp for a very long time. Take them out sooner. Please

Chicken not marinated. No salt inside the meat. Very very bland. 👎 Tons of Gain detergent and Gain scent beads using employees here. The result is that the indoor air is itchy and painful for the nerves. This neurotoxicity of indoor air here hampers your neurons when your trying to eat and function. Also, their soda fountain pop is watered down... it is not your regular delicious pop. It is super bland because it's watered down and flat (little fizz)

I ordered drive thru, order # 74 - 12 ghost pepper wing and only received 10. They were horrible. The wings were broken and orange all the way to the bone. I know this is not the norm because I have order them multiple times from this location. Not only was the wings horrible I was told after paying for order to pull to the side it will take 8 minutes for the wings. Well 8 minutes turned into 28 minutes. I should have been told there was a wait at the time order was placed. I spent $40 and the main part of the meal was horrible. I normally do not do a review but this is unacceptable.

Finally the chicken got better than it ever has been but still way too overpriced for 16 piece chicken that aren't that big to have to spend over $45.00 And for that not to have any sides you have to spend over $50 to get it, 🥺

I go to this location once a week. I work down the street so I'll come after close. The food is great and the workers are overall nice. They have forgotten my side on my number 3 large combo the last THREE TIMES now. First time I took it as a mistake. Second time I was frustrated, but three times? That's consistency. I hope the team in the future will slow down and double check the orders. I'm going one more time next week and I hope the team take the time to make sure my order has everything in it. I'm down about 15 bucks from loss of sides. I'll change this review if the fourth time my order is right.

The food is good. But I've noticed each time I got through the drive through something ends up going missing. One time it was missing the fries, another time it's side of mashed potatoes. ..either the workers are incompetent, or they intentionally leave out items so save money.

Not a great or honest way of doing business if you ask me
