It looks like this place might be under new ownership and or management. I was in and off early quick not like the old days. The employees were warm and friendly again not like the old days. Let's hope this is a trend.And they keep continuing to serve and produce quality as they did the other day.

Needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Food was subpar but I shouldn't have ordered a fish sandwich at a chicken joint, nonetheless it was a poor attempt at an alternative to chicken.

We are able to accumulate points but there is no way to redeem them. No location has the scanner to use on the barcode.Please go back to how it was just a few months ago where we can redeem points right from our phone. We can't do that now.

We ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 fries today.I ordered a Spicy Bacon & cheese sandwich. When I opened it it had no bacon. To make things worse it wasn't even cooked thoroughly.This location always screws up our orders.

My chicken was cold and they gave me the wrong sauce. 10 mins after I order my food, I pick it up. 5 mins after getting to my destination, it was cold like if it was out for hours. Was I suppose to heat it up in my car microwave?!Not only that but I order blackened ranch, they gave me cocktail sauce, the fawk am I going to do with cocktail sauce, dip my CHICKEN!?!I didn't even order shrimp, could of at least gave me some more buffalo or ranch.Then I call, this lady wants to say to order more chicken, she would add extra pieces of cold chicken. SMHVERY DISAPPOINTED :/

I rarely review anything but I have to share this. The drive thru latin lady was rude, telling lies, and emotional. I don't know what's with her attitude so sudden.I was waiting at the speaker post and waiting for some time (almost half a minute) but no one was available. Then I drove my car to the pick up window, suddenly the lady was telling me to go and turn my car around! 3 times and so rude by saying 'you don't have a right to waste other people time'.. just like that?? She said I was just waiting for 5 seconds at the speaker post and gone.. Oh, I showed her my dash cam and told her that everything was recorded. 5 seconds? Really? Liar!Stay away from this spot! There are other nearby Popeyes that will serve you with respect.I hope the owner could see this and replace her with someone more capable in the service.

I’ll surely say the establishment didn’t look very nice from the outside. The lady handling my drive-thru order also seemed to be extremely rude and had an unpleasant tone while I placed my order. As if that wasn’t all enough, the chicken tenders I received in my order had some tendons and didn’t sit right at all with me. I won’t be visiting again.

Chicken sandwich had to been already made and just sitting considering the condition of the sandwich when i got, it was soggy and not fresh…they need an inspection on their store.
