I absolutely love canes you never have to wait more than 5 mins to be in and out of there. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is so fun. The chicken tenders and sauce are a match made in heaven.

So I came in tonight with my kids and dined in, this worker as she was getting my food ready, she dropped my tenders on the counter and had the audacity to pick them up bare hands and put them back in the container and gave them to me. I was watching her and told her to redo my meal, that not to be touching peoples food with no gloves on and not to be giving what she dropped to the customer as people are watching as they prepare the orders. And the worse part was, the manager was standing next to her and didn’t say anything to her. Such terrible terrible service, she was one in the blue shirt, short, with her hair up and the manager standing next to her, it was around 8:30pm Saturday evening that I came in with my kids. I hope something is done about this because they shouldn’t be touching with bare hands and putting it back in containers after they dropped them. Very disgusting!!!! I wonder how many times this has happened.

So I was notified by a phone call and email to contact raising canes about my situation. This must be some fake thing making calls to customers to have us think they care. No one calls back and you can’t reply to their emails. That’s some BS!!!

If you like variety and options in a fast-food menu, this isn't your place. Staff is usually friendly and courteous but it doesn't make up for an extremely limited menu.

I grew up near the original location of Cane’s in Baton Rouge and I have been a life long fan. This one scratches the itch well. The food is always fresh and fast. The sauce is still the best!

chicken are sometimes soggy. probably because they fry them on order? however, fries are extremely salty. they need to relax with the salt on fries. one time I joke you not I had to dust off the salt from the fries.

I first tried this place when its first open the food was better. My family and I order trays of chicken fingers with their amazing sauce and fries. Until last year I ordered the chicken sandwich combo and my niece ordered chicken fingers combo we realized the taste of their food change from chicken to the sauce and fries. Its too peppery not like before perfect seasoning. I told her this was not their food before. I said I'm not going back again. Then my child and I was hungry after her game it was late around 11p. So my kid wanted to eat chicken sandwich and want to go to Cane's. We ordered the chicken sandwich combo and I order the tenders combo, still same taste very peppery. I was planning to buy a take home tray of fingers but changed my mind. I hope they put their true recipe back like before. Their sauce is too much ketchup and pepper, chicken is very seasoned with pepper and the fries is too salty. This restaurant was good before now very disappointing. But atleast the ice tea is still good but it was better before. I guess it's just because they were newly open that time the recipe was good. I'd hope they kept it like just before.

Good stuff

Chicken and fries are bland. The only good food is the bread and sauce. In terms of internet popularity, the sauce is overrated in my opinion. If you're looking for a place with good chicken and fries, I'd recommend elsewhere. Everything else here is okay.

This experience made me sad. I was extremely unhappy with the pricing for 3 fountain drinks. Not only that, but then to be VERY disappointed with the quality of said fountain drinks. We had 2 different kinds and both were both very watery and had zero flavor. I’m not one to re-visit an issue at a restaurant but this whole experience was disheartening.
