I thought this would be at least equivalent to Zaxbys, but NEGATIVE. The chicken had ZERO seasoning. It was soggy. Won’t try againz

Disappointed with my recent visit to Raising Cane's. Ordered the 3 Finger Combo but didn't receive the toast that should have come with it. Chicken was good, but missing toast detracted from the meal experience. Hoping for better attention in the future.

Yesterday I went to the drive-up window and ordered the four piece chicken nuggets meal, which comes with fries, coleslaw, toast and a drink plus the special sauce. I'm always too busy to sit in the restaurants and eat, so the drive-up windows are my lifeline to good, hot meals. This place is very busy but it's also very efficient, especially the drive-up window service. It's Good food here..
Cane's is hands down my favorite fast food and this location hasn't disappointed me yet. I don't get it super often but when I do, the chicken is always piping hot and fresh and so are the fries. The 3 tender combo is kind of a lot for me, so I usually order the kids meal with an extra tender. The first time I tried the sauce I wasn't too sure about it but I've grown to love it and am now obsessed!

The food was very good but something you guys should work on changing is the packaging. Since the packaging is styrofoam, it is very bad for the environment and most people will throw away the styrofoam container. Knowing how popular raising canes is a lot of people every day will throw away many Styrofoam containers. I would recommend changing the packaging to be sustainable like other fast food restaurants. Other than that everything else including the food and service was excellent! Thank you.
