This is honestly one of the slowest in drive through service. After 7:30 pm forget about getting coffee most of the time its like the ice cream at mcdonald thing “coffee machine broke down” so for the next 1 and half coffee store has no coffee and this is on MULTIPLE occasions.

Update! I went after work and the kindest guy was happy to remake me the drink I ordered. Came out excellent! Can't even compare to the slob they gave me earlier.

Had a vile experience today! The venti shaken espresso had ALL ice. The cup wasn't even full to the top either. It was space, ice, and a little bit of liquid on the bottom. The lady at the window couldn't even have a straight face when she gave it to me! Whoever made that drink and thought it was servable is just an awful employee.

I’ve been to this location many times and it seems like they did some reorganization.
Very clean, cozy, quiet. Drinks are made really good.
I’ve been observing workers cleaning and doing something around during the whole hour, and the manager was involved and keeping everything together.
Nice after feeling! Thank you

I had terrible experience today.
I was starving and wanted something quickly from this place.
Ordered cappuccino and croissant via app. (11.25$)
Got to the store and saw empty tray with letters" Sold out: !!!
Why would you have it even like an option at all?
So, no money back, not even apologize or offered something else!
Another thing...girl (Mexican, chubby) was so rude, should get fired.
I will never come to this place again!

I finally broke my habit of overpriced coffee across the street from work, largely due to the incredibly rude service I experienced at this location. This morning, the kiosk light was off, so I waited, then drove forward, assuming they were closed. Instead of a warm welcome, I was scolded by the barista at the window—despite there being no one behind me. When I requested someone else, the next employee continued the rude treatment without giving me a chance to speak a single word. They told me (with a smirk) that I was holding up traffic and closed the window without handing me my coffee. I ended up recording the next interaction with the manager. While she was more professional, the experience was enough. Thanks for encouraging me to kick this habit...!

I pass this Starbucks every morning going to work, but I always go out of my way to stop at the Golf Mill location instead just to avoid this location. Every single time I have gone to this location, I have had a bad experience. This morning was cold so I really wanted to go to a drive thru location. I decided to stop at the Morton grove Starbucks on dempster st. I placed my mobile order on the way there, pulled into the drive thru and there was no line. As soon as I get to the window the barista sticks her head out to tell me “next time place your mobile order earlier. We have other orders to work on and you placed your order only 5 minutes ago.” Excuse me? I didn’t know Starbucks made a rule on what time I should place my mobile order. I also really don’t care to hear how you have other orders to make, that’s literally your job…. No wonder your drive thru line was empty. No one wants to start off their mornings like this.
