I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews. This Starbucks consistently delivers a great cup of premium coffee, and they do it fast. The store is always clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located.
What really sets this place apart is the staff. The baristas, especially Silvana, Cari, Reese 😞, Priscilla, Morgan, and others — are friendly, professional, and always greet you with a warm smile. Their positive energy truly makes all the difference.
I get tons of productive work done here, and the atmosphere is perfect for focus or casual meetups. Sure, some folks might have issues with the company’s politics (hence the negative reviews), but let’s be real, people come here for more than just the coffee. It’s the overall experience.

Terrible workers. The staff is very rude and slow at their job. It looks like they’re all getting paid one cent an hour because the way they do their job is completely sloppy. Always have to wait for an unnecessary period of time just for one small black coffee. Other Starbucks locations are much better than this, this place is simply not it and I do not recommend for anyone to go to this place if they want to be surrounded in a nice atmosphere with nice people who can do their job right.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks, and to be fair the staff are still very friendly and the place is pretty clean. However, they NEVER get drink orders right. You will never get the extra shots you paid for here. When I told them that I paid for two extra shots I didn’t get in my macchiato they poured out the espresso that was on top and then put two in.
Bad preparation of drinks no good. No good. If you need to make your drinks with this specifications, please don’t come here because I don’t put attention at their job

This is honestly one of the slowest in drive through service. After 7:30 pm forget about getting coffee most of the time its like the ice cream at mcdonald thing “coffee machine broke down” so for the next 1 and half coffee store has no coffee and this is on MULTIPLE occasions.

Update! I went after work and the kindest guy was happy to remake me the drink I ordered. Came out excellent! Can't even compare to the slob they gave me earlier.
Had a vile experience today! The venti shaken espresso had ALL ice. The cup wasn't even full to the top either. It was space, ice, and a little bit of liquid on the bottom. The lady at the window couldn't even have a straight face when she gave it to me! Whoever made that drink and thought it was servable is just an awful employee.
