As a health and gym advocate, I was so pleased to have a great gym and a cafe that has a wide variety of delicious and nutritious meals and smoothies to choose from. The meals are fresh, not frozen. The protein doughnuts are AMAZING! The owner (Boris) and his staff are friendly and down to earth. The gym is always clean and tidy. I don’t live very close to Steel Fitness but I make the trip every so often and it’s well worth it 🙌
This is probably the best tasting food I’ve ever had and it’s beyond healthy! From meal plans to smoothies to quick on the go protein snacks, they got it all! I strongly recommend!
