I had submitted a complaint a few weeks back regarding the poor quality of the food I ordered. It was the new footlong churro and pretzel. Both were so rock solid, it was completely inedible. I received a basic response from the owner saying they would reimburse my food the next time I came in. I responded to said email asking if I was to receive a gift card, refund, or how that was to work. Never received a response or any type of reimbursement.

Poor customer service no coupons and false advertising per the lady behind the counter the prices advertised on the menu have been that way for a week now even though prices now went from 9.99 on the menu to 11.03, despite having it still advertised as 9.99 she said they will change it tonight after calling her boss saying they forgot to change it…and regarding the coupons she said to download the app come to find out the dont even participate—make your way to the greenwood and ballard one 100x better. Second photo is other subway 2$ less than this one

Horrible experience. Didn’t accept coupons. The workers don’t speak or understand English. It was a headache to order food. The whole restaurant and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. How is this place still open and how is there no inspection???? I won’t ever come back here. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would.

The food was not fresh and the bathrooms stink. Also, another customer came in right behind me. She said something in their native language. All three employees started laughing. I’m just wondering if they were laughing at me?

They were so stingy with everything. They barely gave my girlfriend chicken and they would pat it down to make it look more full when it was barely any chicken. Also even stingy with the napkins. We took it to go and they gave us 3 napkins. Just so stingy with everything.

Pls avoid this place. Not fresh and they don’t accept coupons. Price is higher compared to other Subway around the area.

Two people working behind the counter. Younger guy was kind but the older guy was so rude. He ended up making our sandwiches. From the beginning he was annoyed, not only did he not make me the sandwich I asked for (multiple times). He refused to give me more than 2 veggie options and 2 sauce options. Then at check out, a lady came out and charged me extra for bacon when it’s ON THE ORIGINAL sandwich. She had an attitude with my partner, but as soon as we paid she dropped the attitude. Like what the hell is going on??

I walk into this location and walk up to the counter. There was one person there making what looked like a pizza and another person I could see off to the side just standing there looking at me. I waited patiently. While waiting I was looking at the meats and veggies in the case. Between the gray roast beef and the tuna with the crust over the top, that was the first red flag. Walked over to the veggie side and got a glimpse of the absolutely wilted veggies, brown lettuce visible and tomatoes looked like theyve been in the case for a week, strike number 2. The final straw was when I decided I was gonna get a meatball sub and looked at the price. Literally $3 more than any other location I’ve ever gotten it. If the place was clean or had fresh meats and veggies I could understand but to ridiculously overcharge for what they had on display is a crime. Would give it a zero if I could.

The bread is always super hard! Second time coming here at this location to see if maybe I got a bad batch but again the bread was so hard to bite through. They definitely don't bake the bread fresh daily. Ruined my sandwich. Skip this location!
