Ordered for Easter. Picked up and the bagels were warm and fresh. Employees are very nice.

The lox and cream cheese bagel was fantastic, good quality cream cheese and the lox was fresh! The spicy tomazzo bagel I got with it only added to the already great bagel.

The coffee was freshly brewed this time of the day (9:30 am). The staff is very hospitable and efficient!

Since when did this place start going cheap on their cream cheese? I literally could’ve made this at home. UPDATE**** See 2nd photo. They 100% made it up to me and did a phenomenal job remaking me a new bagel. ❤️

Service was ok, but coming from NYC, this is not bagel bread. Well, at least the everything bagel I had wasn’t. It was pizza crust bread. That is not bagel bread. Taste it and you will immediately tell the way to tears apart. It’s not bagel bread. Tasted like seasoned pizza crust.

Excellent bagels, though not the NY style which are chewy and a little tough. These are soft and plenty of toppings. I like both style. All their cream cheeses are delicious and their lox sandwich is an absolute bargain. Great coffee, but tge real treats here is the staff. Friendly, happy and they learn your name very quickly. They treat you like an old friend. Cannot say enough about all the staff.

The bagels are fantastic but I ordered a dozen bagels for my employees and ordered 3 different cream cheese’s for 3$ each thinking they were a container of it and they were tiny little sides of cream cheese for that much and my staff all had to use just a tiny portion for their bagel because it definitely wasn’t enough. The cups I got should be no more than .50 cents for the amount you get in them.
Very unfortunate.
