This place may not seem like much but it will blow your mind! This a strictly takeout only place but I don’t care the food is always wonderful! Don’t forget about the small places they can produce big things!
I'm from Texas, passing thru this small town as truckers off the beaten path. CATFISH basket in Illinois??? Really great catfish basket. I hate raw onions, but I tried it on the side with the homemade hush puppies and fish...yum! Great friendly service a plus ! They have 2 picnic tables outside, first come first seated lol, ever decide to take the off beaten path, mounds tx Lunchbox is the place to eat. Because it's freshly made, make sure your not in a rush, good food...
