Great food, waitresses are nice. We’ve sometimes had messed up orders for take out but not often at all. Prices are reasonable. Love the sweet garlic parm wings or buffalo wings!!!
My wife and I ate there tonight. She ordered a chicken sandwich with spicy fries. The waitress even commented that the chicken was a good sandwich but when the food was brought out my wife received a hamburger and regular fries. She told the wattress this is not what she ordered but she would go ahead and eat it. We were almost half finished with our meal and the waitress brought out the chicken sandwich and spicy fries. Of course my wife did not want them by then, the waitress never said she would bring out the correct order at any time or we would have waited for it. We told the waitress we would take it home so she put it in a box and when she came back out she said if we took it we would be charged for both!! It was not our fault, it was the restaurants. The server said she entered it in wrong! We said we did not want it so it set on the counter the rest of the the time we were there. We asked at the end when we got our bill about a discount or something since she did not get the right order and the waitress did not apologize but just said you ate it, so you have to pay for it!! We understand not getting the order correct but this is the first time there was not discount offered or even a free sandwich. Poor customer service.

Food used to be good. 4 stars easy. As of past couple years the foods mediocre at best. They don't season the steak and just throw the sandwiches together. Thats what it looks like when you open the box anyway. The fries are mostly hard every time. The Deepfry foods are alright if you get anything other than wings and some deepfry your going to e disappointed.

Kid-friendliness: I was concerned that due to the fact that it was a “tavern” that it wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing in our kids but it was a super welcoming place to bring our kiddos for a bite to eat!

Server was great! Food was decent and not horribly priced. The atmosphere could have been better. There was a loud group next to us that was cursing and standing on their chairs at various times of our visit with nothing being said to them. Will go back.
If you have lots of time to wait for your food to be wrong And chicken wings cooked so long they would be mistaken for some sort of jerky then this is the place for you!

Waited an hour for our food and didn't get what we ordered and waited another hour and then was given our food in a to go box and still wasn't exactly what we ordered with soggy bread and cold cheese on the burger all the while never even got a drink refill and wasn't given a to go drink or any condiments on top of them refusing a discount after all their screw ups... I will definitely never go back
