I went to get a drink this morning 10.22.25 and there was only 1 blue truck in the far line with an employee worker standing there just talking to the person in the truck, another employee comes out to join in their conversation then another employee coming out she looks at the car and proceed to join in the conversation then goes back in. A car comes into the other lane, and an employee comes out to take their order after sitting there for about 2 more minutes I decided to leave and will NEVER go back to this place. It's sad because I've went here 3 times already. I will stick with Starbucks while living here in Mount Vernon, IL hopefully I'm able to find another 7 Brew somewhere else.

I ordered a matcha latte, extra hot and still received it lukewarm. This is the second time in a row this happened. I’m not sure why.
Also if you ask for 2 pumps of flavor…they still put in the full amount of pumps. Frustrating
This location was fast and efficient. I love that 7 brew has all of the customers information from nationwide. They could look up my order and make it the same as back home. ❤️

Called the main office several times to try and file a complaint ever since the incident there a couple of weeks ago and still.havent heard anything. Manager is so rude and won't honor what the employee tells customers when they place their order and will scream and shout at you

Well im still trying to figure out why you guys have hours posted but evedently dont care about what they are... My husband brings me coffee everyone morning and for whatever reason you guys cant pull off opening the store at 530 like is posted my husband gets there at 6 and your still not open and even though he waits at least 10 minutes ... Noone comes outside this morning him and 3 other cars left ... You really need to gwt your staff under control and gwt them to do their job or your gonna put you out of business... Better gwt your old morning crew back at least they could pull off opening a store on time.

I wish you had a menu sign away from the order station. I was 7 cars in line and had to guess. I ordered a Smore iced small coffee. I received a vanilla coffee. Missed out on chocolate streaks, whipped cream and abundant taste. Didn't check coffee till on road. Alot of cars in line to go back. Darn.

i asked for a large ocean breeze with light ice and i had a buy one get one free coupon and i had reassured before i paid “ 2 large ocean breezes” she said yes and handed me 2 mediums full of ice and i asked if i had paid for mediums she said yes. it’s not a huge deal but i am now upset because i wasted my coupon and it was not my fault
