The wait was the only problem I had. The food was excellent and the ones that took the longest were removed from the ticket. My steak was prepared perfect, however one of the others I was with had not got their steak well done like they asked. Afterwards, they prepared their steak again well done. The fries of the other guests with me were cold, but they were given hot fries after. Great service for one waiter working with a table of 9. I got the 6 ounce sirloin steak medium rare with broccoli and the four cheese mac and cheese.

Actually the worst meal of my life. Server was good. Dirty unclean sticky table and booth. Food might just be then worst I’ve ever had at a sit down restaurant for $50.
Went for lunch today @ 12:15 waited for over a minute and still nobody came out. Just left and went to Freddy's

Everything was normal except they stopped serving alcohol as they are switching to a Applebee's/ Ihop. Which at that point in our long journey a beer sounded amazing. But that was my only complaint , food was good , waitress was thoughtful and tentative. Felt bad for her though cause she was one of the bartenders that had to cross over.
After we were in the restaurant we were told no alcohol, told waitress to post something on the door. She rambled on about taking away the Sign, da, da. Do you have hot chocolate? Laugh, no I don't have that either. I have tea, do you want that? You have to be kidding.

Tried to call Applebee’s to ask them a specific question. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Third try, I finally did get someone on the phone but they couldn’t answer my question because they said they’re a third-party and they’re not even at the restaurant. So he put me on hold to try to call the restaurant and ask them my question but came back a few minutes later and said nobody answers the phone. Yes this is all during business hours. Need I say more.

The staff and food were great. The downfall is lazy incompetent corporate ownership. No liquor license, poor lighting, faulty heat ( on a 20 degree night). Leads to very poor ambiance and experience. All the other restaurants in the immediate area are more inviting.

I'm only giving one star due to the way I was just treated. I did a to-go order and when I picked it up, they brought it out and the girl got irate that I didn't leave a tip. Here's the deal, I have made to go orders in the past and have paid extra for ranch and extra things. More times than often I am charged for the extra sauces without ever receiving them. My order was total of $27 tonight. The server brought my order out and was extremely rude. Then when she didn't get a tip she stormed off and acted irate. Stop expecting your employees to badger to-go orders for a tip. It's unreal. Pay your employees enough so they aren't making customers feel horrible. She was even mouthing us as she went inside.

The food and service were good. It's under new ownership, so no alcohol until they get a liquor license. Booth seats were torn. It needs a remodel.
