We were seated at a table that had a sticky bench, something gewy on the floor along with a used fork. We asked for a new booth and our food was okay, but missing some of the food that was asked for. The menu is very limited too. The drink ordered was missing the whiskey, and the service was okay at best. Probably won't be back.

Pathetic service and holy smokes....food cold and macaroni and cheese....disgusting moosh...will NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THEM because this is the normal of most of them! THE ABSOLUTE worst Margherita I have ever have and it was tiny! Tasted zero like a Margherita!

Wings were precooked and came out luke warm. 1st clue is when your wings come out 3 minutes after you order them. 🙄. They remade the order and this time the wings were a little warmer and a little greasier which tells me they dropped them into grease for about 20 seconds because it took about 3 minutes and 20 seconds for the second batch. I've seen this happen more and more at BWW nationally lately. I don't remember the last time I ordered wings and they came out fresh and steaming hot like they do at Hooters and most any other Wing restaurant.

Can’t say anything about the food as we didn’t get any service. I came here for dinner and was seated immediately. I waited 15 minutes for a server to come and take my order, but was not acknowledged at all. Ended up just leaving and going elsewhere.

One of the nicest BWW I've visited. Wings are good and made fast enough. Nice selection of draught beers (btw neither paper menu and web site show actual selection- that is hopefully to be improved) But the gem of this exact location is bartender Emily- smiley, friendly and was checking on me if I'm ok perfectly right before I needed to 'refiill' my glass! And she was the first bartender ever who made coctail napkin (the one you put glass on) non-sticky to glass!!! Thank you, Emily! Will definately come back!
