This was the nastiest BK I’ve ever been to. Service was horrible. Everything was dirty. I watched the guy make my fries without gloves. Told the girl at the front. She said “I don’t understand” and just walked off. Absolutely horrendous

Went to counter for take out at 5 pm. Whopper was delicious meat, like someone grilled it outside. All the dressings were fresh, good bun. Fries are excellent taste. Drink was full flavor, not watered down. My expectations were met!!

We were only car in drive thru, waited 5 min for a worker, then took 10 min to get food at windows. The bun was stale and the meat was cold. They can NOT heat with the headsets you provide either! Do better

We order food and they mess up the order and missing items and when you call them about it they always hang up or act like they didn’t know and cocky

Second time this week they were out of fried pickles. Both times my order took forever. Waited over 10 minutes the second time for one sandwich in store with 5 people working and not one other customer waiting inside. Smh. I'll never give them business again

They even labeled the burgers (i have never seen a fast food place do that before)

(context: i went through the drive through with family and i got two cheeseburgers and fries, and family got two burgers and fries. the wrappers were labeled)

Currently at the location trying to go inside to sit down and have a meal but the door is locked. The only service being provided is drive-thru. I don't understand why there's not a note on the door, at least, telling people that the dining room is not open. And a reason for it not even given. The name of the general manager is on the front door but there's no phone number to call and contact her. I don't know if it's the lack of employees wanting to do their job by opening up the dining room or they are short-staffed. Either way an explanation should be given. And at the current time of 12:37 p.m. Sunday September 22nd they are not at all busy. Pretty much dead because all the customers wanting to go inside the dining room to eat are not allowed to.
