I went to dunkin donuts today and the person working the window was hard to understand. I also don't think she knew much English. She couldn't understand what I wanted even though I repeated it multiple times until I pointed to it on the menu card . She acted like she didn't understandalmost anything I said. It was very aggravating

I've only been here twice so far, once for a drink, and once for a drink and donuts, and both times I used mobile order, and my order was ready when I got to the window. The drinks were made good and the donuts were really good too. I will definitely come here again.

I think new owners have taken over and it has really kind of went downhill. My drinks aren’t made right after repeating my order multiple times the food is cold and has browns are burnt. I mean I hadn’t been in a while so I’m not sure how long these new owners have been there so I’m going to keep going and give them another chance or too to make improvements.

my first visit to a dunkin’ and it will be my last. a toasted white chocalate latte was as bitter as my ex wife, undrinkable to say the least and the munchkins i ordered were at least 2 days old as they were stale
I ordered a french vanilla cappuccino and got a cup of flavored milk. My daughter ordered a medium caramel cappuccino and it tasted like bitter coffe on ice. I ordered 10 donut holes that were not fresh because they were hard and dry. I take everything back and the fresh cappuccinos were bitter with a strong coffee taste. I ordered the same thing yesterday and everything was great so I decided to order from there today. I was very disappointed even after asking for my coffee to be remade and get even worse results.

Used to be genuinely a decent place to grab a coffee and a donut, especially when taking advantage of the good online deals and ordering ahead. It seems like they completely replaced the old friendly staff with people who very obviously do not want to be here in the past few months and I no longer recommend it. Buy some Entemann's donuts and make a coffee at home.

Quite simply the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The staff was quick, personable and persuasive, converting my four donut purchase into an even half dozen, and brewing a fresh pot of coffee for me. And when I am telling you that these were the softest, freshest donuts from Dunkin I have ever had, that is not an overstatement. There is something magical happening at this Duncan location.
