There were two people working an not doing a very good job waited see my food in window for at least 20 min they left it there an ended up give other people there food before me why I watch my food sit there we all waited for ever for them to even take are order manager keep screaming at the other employee to take care of drive thru first so he would stop take are order an do drive thru absolutely got no service. Needed more employees an ones that can handle it the man up front couldn't even read tickets be cause he couldn't see them worst hardies I've ever been to they need to do some cleaning too

I went in there and ordered. I told the old guy at the register that I wanted two hot ham and cheese sandwiches along with the rest of my food. We waited 25 minutes for it to come out and my hot ham sandwiches weren’t there or on the menu. So when I told the lady about it she went and asked the old guy cashier. He straight up said he didn’t know where they were at on the register so he didn’t put them on my order. Then instead of quickly getting us our sandwiches, they made us wait at the end of line and pay full price for it. Along with waiting another 15 minutes. This was a horrible experience, horrible customer service, and horrible staff.

Traveling and wanted something light. We haven’t eaten at a Hardee’s in years and tried the chicken wraps for something different. They were good. The place is an older building with tons of seating. Harking back to the days when people didn’t eat on the run. Not a soul inside except employees so I was skeptical of the food. We were pleasantly surprised.

may 14rh 2024. around 1:30 I ordered a number 7 and gave the lady about 2 dollars in pennies toward my order which had a CANADIAN PENNY. in it the lady said this is not a penny and pushed it back to me I said this is a penny and pushed it back to her she again pushed the penny back to me and she said she cannot accept the CANADIAN PENNY. pretty said we were pushing the penny back and forth to each other. I canceled the order and went to. BURGER KING. which gladly accepted the. CANADIAN PENNY. HARDIES LOST 7 DOLLARS AND BURGER KING MADE 6 DOLLARS L. K.

When they advertise one price and then they say o no cheese is extra after it says it comes with it. And always smells like old grease inside I won't go back. Don't waste you time .
