Terrible. Stopped in at 8pm on a Sunday while driving back from a road trip. We had to yell for employees to come to the counter. We yelled for almost 5 minutes before someone came to the counter. The place was dirty, no soap or towels in the restrooms. Tables were all dirty.
The shake I got was very watery, and they gave us old fries that were cold. We asked for fresh fries and they were grudgingly made. Others stopped in while our fries were made. They didn't seem to have a good experience, either.
Funny thing that as we were eating, they turned a local radio station up to full volume, during some ads. I *think they wanted us to leave the restaurant as soon as possible. Lol

We had three cars traveling in our party and stopped here on our way back from Alexandria, Virginia. Two of the vehicles in our group had wanted to order meals with chicken in it and were told that they were down to only 1 fryer and would be over a ten minute wait. The third vehicle in our group was told that because there was already 4 orders ahead of them they would not be able to be served. The lady taking the order gave off the impression that she didn't want to take the time to make the orders even though the store had but one other customer at the time we had pulled in, which is unprofessional. It's unfortunate, because after a long drive we were hoping to be without a headache for dinner. Hopefully with this the service improves. We were also shorted two drinks and a sandwich we had ordered was incorrect. We had arrived at 8:30 PM and the store still had until 10:00 PM to close. We have several autistic people within our group, which made this a big problem.
