The gyros were the best we ever had, even in Greece! If you are anywhere near Mount Vernon, IL when hunger strikes, be sure to stop here. Generous portions, friendly owners and fast service!

Stopped in yesterday... Our motocycle group rode in from Alton, IL... The Best Gyros anywhere !!! Lots of Great Meat, Great Fries and service too... Will make the trip again very soon...

Worst gyro i had i my life. (I am from Europe and i also visited Greece a couple times)If this is the "standard" for Gyro here in the states then i have to say: "Americans are lost!"I Assume that the owner doesn't know what a real gyro is.Terrible taste of old fat or grease on the meat and the pita bread.Too big chunks of meat (it should be thin sliced).Salad & Zaziki souce was good.Very friendly server and cheap price are the only positive things i can tell.
