My order was suppose to be done at 610 it’s 640 and still not done. Won’t let me cancel it says I need to use app to cancel which you can’t even cancel from app. So now they’re not doing their job they want to steal my money too!

Horrible service in drive-thru recently. Wondered why it was taking 4ever. After getting to speaker the clerk says "I'll be with you in a minute, thanks". 10 minutes later (yes I waited) he ask how he can help. I assume this dude was taking an order, completely filling the order at the window and only then moving onto the next order. Multitasking needs to be included in training. Unacceptable.

Food was delicious--hot and fresh. 2-1/2 ☆atmosphere: there were crumbs all over the floor. Service was lackluster.

The restaurant had a complete exterior overhaul but the interior changes don't match . The chicken was dry from over cooking or setting in the warmer. We were there during the noon hour and only four dinners were eating in. It is clean but not a stop I'll be making soon.
