Been there twice. Horrible service both times. First time the lady at the drive through gave us horrible attitude. So we left. Second time. We went through the drive through. Order two kids meals and 2 two piece combo. They never gave us the kids meal and when we went in she argued that they don’t have a kids menu. Even though they offer kids menu on the menus…. I will never be back. Hopefully they can find people that can actually do their jobs and not have attitudes

The pictures tell everything. The third pic is what I was supposed to get lol. Not even close. And this was at 4pm in the afternoon. They were not busy. I didn’t check them before I left and drove 12 miles home before I realized what they had given me. This was $8 too. Never again. The lady at the front was very poor too. Not friendly at all.

Oh my service at drive thru was terrible. They didn't even get order right. I had to go back and had them make it good. I order more and the chicken tasted burnt and was so greasy. They didnt even get order right. Will never go there again

This lady was so rude she didn't want to change my potatoes and the chicken pieces were messed up. I asked her to change And he didn't like it and threw the bag with the hard chicken. Then I told him to give me other pieces or give me back the money and he looked at me really badly.

The gentleman taking our orders did not ring up correctly what we asked. We asked for $7.00 deal. He said all white , we said ok. It's on the $7.00 deal. We were rang up individually for each item. What should have costed maybe $16.75 ended up being $27.85ish?? I said we asked for the $7.00 deal he replied, that's what I rang up.
The older lady kept slamming doors which made us uncomfortable.
We took our meal to table preferring booth, but all the tables had not been cleaned and it was well past rush hour.

We had been to kfc in mt vernon il b4 n recieved excellent services n thought we'd go back, but we r not sure now.
I would rate this service on that day a 5 star.
Everyone was friendly, rang up our orders correctly, food was hot, tables was clean.
We will see.

Today I went through the drive through and I ended up with no receipt, no sauce, no utensils and no napkins which I didn’t discover until I was already across town. So, eating mashed potatoes with my chicken strips and using my pants to wipe my hands isn’t my fave. Dealing with that isn’t worth it.

My husband paid damn near $50 for 8pc family meal and an extra coleslaw and 2 drinks they claimed to have no biscuits and offered us another side when we got home we had the bucket 1 mashed potatoes paid for 1 slaw paid for 1 Mac n cheese in place but no 2nd slaw that we paid for. Make sure to check your bags so you are getting what you paid for! This is seriously disappointing.
