I went on a Tuesday for 2 buckets 1 crispy and 1 original (8 pcs for $10)I ended up with 2 original due to it was going to take 20 more minutes.

11/12/25 -I ordered a fresh 16 piece family meal. Waited 25 minutes (which wasn't the biggest problem for fresh chicken). ONCE i got home and opened the bucket of chicken all the skin was off the majority of the chicken. I took the chicken out to try and salvage any of the skin that I could. Only to discover lots of grease in the bottom of the bucket. The containers of sides were only half-filled. They had run completely out of green beans. The fruit punch was yellow. It looked and tasted like lemonade. Other customers seemed irritated about missing order items etc...

P The original chicken wasn't cooked right? It was original all right cuz it wasn't cook. Well done. I went the next couple of days later. Got your uh and I had to get my money back cuz the chicken was the crispy was horrible. It looked old

Will never go back! Did not catch the name of the person working the window on 9/17/2025 at about 11:40am but they definitely need to work on their people skills. If you can't handle the rush then do something else! Again, will NEVER go back!!!

Been there twice. Horrible service both times. First time the lady at the drive through gave us horrible attitude. So we left. Second time. We went through the drive through. Order two kids meals and 2 two piece combo. They never gave us the kids meal and when we went in she argued that they don’t have a kids menu. Even though they offer kids menu on the menus…. I will never be back. Hopefully they can find people that can actually do their jobs and not have attitudes

I’m hearing impaired and was prevented from ordering food because they didn’t want to deal with me.
The pictures tell everything. The third pic is what I was supposed to get lol. Not even close. And this was at 4pm in the afternoon. They were not busy. I didn’t check them before I left and drove 12 miles home before I realized what they had given me. This was $8 too. Never again. The lady at the front was very poor too. Not friendly at all.

Oh my service at drive thru was terrible. They didn't even get order right. I had to go back and had them make it good. I order more and the chicken tasted burnt and was so greasy. They didnt even get order right. Will never go there again

This lady was so rude she didn't want to change my potatoes and the chicken pieces were messed up. I asked her to change And he didn't like it and threw the bag with the hard chicken. Then I told him to give me other pieces or give me back the money and he looked at me really badly.
