Had to wait for my food and they actually gave my phone to another vehicle. Manager was very nice and sincerely apologized and gave me a $5 coupon. This was acceptable to me.
For a big box store the owners can identify the best people to work for them which in this town service is rarely valued so take note

I don't live in the area, and most of the Long John Silvers that I have went to the past few years have been nothing less than disgusting. Today I went to the MtVernon store and totally amazed. The girl that waited on me was so nice,and very helpful. And the store was so clean...It was awesome. I will definitely be back again when I am down that way. Thank you to the staff and kudos to the management. It was fantastic!
