The drive through line is apparently not a force through anymore. You have to order in the app so the food is ready when you get there. That’s totally fine but there is no sign or anything that says they don’t do the regular drive through when you pull up. I just went ahead and pulled up the window thinking the speaker wasn’t working and they took my order but ask that I come inside or order in the app next time. I would be glad to but please put a dang sign out so people know next time.

Had a simple online order that I picked up at the window. 2 chef salads, a Rueben sandwich and a spudmax. Got home, 25 miles away, no ranch dressing, but 2 sour creams and the sandwich was a Memphian instead of a Rueben. I'm a little disappointed. I've only had their food once before. It was a delivery to our office. It was also wrong. It seems like a small thing but they were not busy at all today and nothing was ordered special. I won't be patronizing this restaurant again.

I go there every time I go to MTV. Everyone has always been so nice, accommodating & welcoming. Friday a lady I have never seen there, was so rude!! I was their first customer so they weren't busy. I ordered the same thing I always order, to go.. the sandwiches were awful! We threw them away...

My plate and spoon were dirty and my son had a dead fly floating in his soup when the server put it on the table. We were traveling from Kentucky to Iowa and have always liked all other McAlester’s Deli’s we have eaten at. Stay away from this one. The counter attendant was nice.

I went in around 2:00 PM and there were three females around the counter. On was working on something directly in front of me and did not acknowledge me at all. She finally turned without saying a word, picked up a soda and exited to the right. The remaining two were at the window where the food comes out and one was on their phone and the other was just standing there and then they started talking to each other. I was there for 10 minutes before one of them turned and took my order. The lady behind me was treated the same way. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I will say that I love Mcallister's food and I will contine to order there in spite of what happened today.
Vegetarian options: chili was waaaayyy too salty, was told it comes that way, not made in house. But came w bread when ordered

While I was not pleased with my sandwich since the ingredients seemed sparingly placed on sandwich, the customer service team valued my feedback and offered a replacement meal. Way to go. I am looking forward to my next meal...love the Tea!!

Soups were the major issue... completely watered down for such overpriced small proportions. The service was poor - super slow with lots of people standing around not taking order, wiping tables, etc. Bad trip, not considering coming back but may try others.

This is the best McAlisters we have been to. We travel from TN to IL to visit family and so we hit these restaurants a lot. The service was really amazing. The man who took our order was very helpful to us in ordering what we wanted and when we got our order it was exactly right. Then there was a lady there who came up to us twice to ask how our meals were and if we needed refills. Really great experience that will lead us back there again. Thank you!
