People are eating out less due to higher prices and poor service. I had a cashier ask if it was okay to not give me all the change I was due because he didn't have enough. You NEVER ask that question. You tell the manager if you are running low, before you get too low. There should have been rolls of quarters, nickels, dimes, and pennies under the cash drawer. You always keep enough to be able to make change. I know most people don't use cash but, at times I do. On top of this they got my order wrong.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter what you order, you better plan pulling into a parking spot. I’ve never been through the drive thru in under 30 minutes.

First off they were really rude. Then when I got my order. I had no meat in my hamburger and no chicken in my sandwich. It was crazy. Then my fries were so cold and the tasted raw.

Devan gave great customer service waited on us when he wasn't even on the clock... we had our food within 3 mins great job man maybe this guy should train the instate one we waited 36mins for our food before we just left and come to Broadway one.

The staff is always friendly. My issue is with the drive thru. When you order ahead and arrive I expect that my order will in fact be ready when I arrive. I always mark it as I am here five minutes in advance, but they do not have the order ready and to keep their times better they have you go to the parking lot and most times it takes 10 to 15 minutes of waiting there before someone brings your order. This is a big operation flaw.

I ordered 2 spicy snack wraps with no cheese because I am allergic to dairy so I can’t eat the ranch snack wraps. They got me both ranch snack wraps and a lot of cheese on each of them. Plus I ordered a medium fry and got a small one
Have always stopped here traveling from STL to LOU. Changing my review because the last two times I’ve been here, the bathrooms have been absolutely disgusting. No toilet paper. Dirty floors. Very unclean. No one at the counter to take my order. Humans have been replaced by self-serve kiosks that I had no idea how to use or scan or pay. It’s McDonald’s. It shouldn’t be this complicated. Will not stop here again.
