Pretty quick turn around for a group of 12 from a greyhound bus. I ordered the quarterpounder deal, and the cook did a smash burger style to speed up the line. Probably top #2 burger from a chain in last year. Fries were spot on as well. Docpepper syrup mix was a little low.

All I ordered was a 10 piece and fries, and it took over an hour. The service, if you couldn't guess, it was slow. The fries were barely salted, and one chicken nugget was soggy. I do not recommend it.

Yesterday I had the worst McDonald's experience of my life. One granddaughter ordered a number 7 meal with NO onions on the burgers. The burgers were covered in onions AND her fries were stone cold. Not even a little warm. I had also ordered and paid for 2 ranch dipping sauces and she didn't get them. My other granddaughter didn't get her bottle of water until I asked where it was. There were no napkins in the bag and they didn't give me a receipt. When I asked for a receipt they said the machine was broken. The same machine they input my order on, and collected my card payment on, but suddenly couldn't produce a receipt. As I said, the worst. If ownership doesn't get a handle on things this location won't have any repeat customers, unless they're really desperate! The minimum rating I can leave is a one star, or I would have left a zero!

Waiting times are ridiculous… 30 minutes for two happy meals
This establishment is sorely becoming the worst place to take anyone to eat. I work as a transport agent for a company allowing families to have visits together, so places like this are very important to us. WAITING 30+ minutes for any fast food order when you are hearing and witnessing the drive thru and Delivery Services getting PRIORITIZED over those that are dining inside is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!! Lacks adequate customer service and has a very limited support staff here, which show attitudes when rushed, for the amount of business observed. BTW, this is the second time in a month it's happened.

We were on a 10 hour drive. Decided to stop at the wrong place. Did an online order thinking it was going to be out on the road again quickly. Man was I wrong!! We waited 20 minutes and then when the food came out, it was cold. Went in to get new food and had to wait basically another 10 minutes. All the cars that were in the drive thru passed probably 2x and there were many people waiting inside. I would NEVER recommend.
