Just waited 40 minutes in a stand still drive thru before I was finally able to back out and leave due to the person behind me leaving also. That is absolutely ridiculous and they should be embarrassed.

Amazing service! Ash has IMPECCABLE customer service. Very kind and easy going, she seems to be a very bright person :) you can see how just being around her makes her coworkers feel better and makes customers smile when she talks to them. She was very respectful and all in all an AMAZING worker!

This isn't the first time I have gotten awful food and service. This is the 3rd time and I got home to see all my food was so burnt it couldn't even be eaten. Will not be returning.

Excellent value for high protein/low carbs! 2 portions teriyaki chicken and a side of super greens...no sauce. Professional service and quality of food is high. Only drawback was the seating. The posts are way too close to the bench. But I could have set someplace else. Highly recommend for a fast food option.

Went thru drive through butdid a mobile order. Hot, fresh, and on-time which was all I was wanting today. Used my points and got free food. Another family meal today. Yum!

We went through the drive thru and The person taking oders was very rude. No greeting just “order when you ready”. She was very abrupt and seemed upset that we were even there. As my partner went to ask her a question she shut the window on us as he was speaking. After she came back she quickly handed our things and turned just as quickly. As a restaurant manager seeing this hurts my heart. The food was amazing tho! Shout out to the kitchen crew! But your service team needs serious help.
