I usually dont post negative reviews but after driving over 8 hours with a toddler and a dog, I was tired and this Panera Bread really got under my skin. Ordered 2 soups and a salad online. Went through drive through and the guy basically tosses my bag at me. No silverware whatsoever in the bag. To add, the bread was just thrown in. Not wrapped in a wrapper or anything after I spent $21. Really terrible customer service. Like I said, I dont ever post negative reviews but that guy was honestly very rude.

Have always loved panera, especially at home, Knoxville, Tennessee. Recently went into location in Mount Vernon. Illinois had no customers in there. Waiting to be waited on saw someone pick out. From the back but never came out. Manager sitting out fron came and asked if I had been waited on. I said no. He went to take my order until a woman come around and she took over. I was pretty clear about what I was ordering She was not Friendly.. I ordered a whole salad.I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be in a more bigger container. But I could also over hear her talking to a boy in the back saying that I ordered half a salad she said she heard me say a half but then told her I wanted a whole. I know people have days we don't know about but she clearly needs more training on how to be courteous and friendly with customers.

Needs zero stars. Stopped in to grab a few bagels to-go. $8 for six bagels. I expected them to be amazing. Instead we got home and discovered them to be hard as rocks. No exaggeration I couldn't cut them I had to put them in microwave to soften them and then I felt it was too much to then turn around and toast them. So my $8.88 went in the trash. My first and last time going to this panera.
Service and atmosphere similar as any Panera or similar establishment. I was sad to see that at 11am, all creamer, half and half, and milks were empty at both drink stations (minus a few drops of half and half they scrounged up) to use as coffee additive.

Always kind, great food & tea.. can't go wrong here! ******** Update.. the last 2 times I have gotten cinnamon toasted bagels they have been hard as a rock, burnt & couldn't find any cinnamon sugar if I had a map!!! Employees are super nice though! js
