Place has gotten expensive not to mention the service has gone down hill two sandwiches and a soup 41 dollars food was good but not 41 dollars good and the while we were waiting they put our food on a counter didn't call out none of that and when I asked if it was my food the cashier girl decided that she would explain the screen on the wall as if I were not competent poor service very disappointed

I usually dont post negative reviews but after driving over 8 hours with a toddler and a dog, I was tired and this Panera Bread really got under my skin. Ordered 2 soups and a salad online. Went through drive through and the guy basically tosses my bag at me. No silverware whatsoever in the bag. To add, the bread was just thrown in. Not wrapped in a wrapper or anything after I spent $21. Really terrible customer service. Like I said, I dont ever post negative reviews but that guy was honestly very rude.
