I ordered online and wanted to switch from cash payment to card. The worker i spoke with on the phone, Travis I think, was very helpful and efficient. Then my delivery driver, I hate that I dont have his name, was also GREAT and had even told me he saw my delivery note when every other delivery drivers from other places deliver my food to my neighbor. Great service, and food was delicious and hot!

We switched to Dominos years ago for price wit 4 kiddos... the Hut has made a comeback n value an of course who doesnt love their sauce dough topping mashup?! Great service an huge parking lot wit a 3 lane entrance ramp...with a small exit to the mall ...wait time very low an great window clerks...ask for napkins

Absolutely thrilled with our server. She knew it was about to get very busy, so she hooked me up by bringing extra drinks in advance, and giving me the ticket in advance. She even had boxes ready for us! I appreciated it because it showed me that she valued and respected my time. I hope she got oodles of tips because that place was packed!

Stood at the wait to be seated sign 5 minutes before my husband went to find someone to seat us. There was only one table seated in there. The buffet was horrid. Looked like the food had been out for hours. The waitress never came out to check on us and we had to track her down to get the check and pay.

Came in here placed a Togo order about 5 mins till , and I’ve now been waiting almost 30 mins for my 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Service was terrible , and it’s taking us forever to get our food. There’s only us and one other table of people here and the only guy helping us was the server guy. I feel bad for him . The other two people in the back weren’t doing jack they were definitely both managers. Is what is is. $40 for burnt tasking pizza. Took so long to get my food cus it tastes so crisp. And oh yea this is how they cut my pizza. Wtf Pizza Hut. First and last time I’ll come back.

We had a great experience as far as the food and service go; on these alone, I would have given 5 stars. Our pizza and breadsticks came out hot, fresh, and tasty. Our server was super nice, friendly, attentive, and timely. What stopped my fifth star, and frankly, it should be lower, falls on management and/ or ownership. There were no prices on the menus. I asked the server, who said replacements should be coming, and she could let us know anything we'd like prices on. I think this actually made me order less, just not being able to calculate what we were ordering as I was looking. The last and most important transgression was the unmistakable smell of sewer gas in the ladies' restroom. I made half a step inside before the smell hit me. I caught a glimpse of one toilet with the tank lid off and unusable, took a wife, and immediately stepped back out, deciding we would rather chance a stop at a gas station bathroom on the way to the interstate on the way home, before I would subject myself and my child to that. I cannot imagine being an employee who has no other option but to use it during a shift there. After thinking about it, I recall a faint odor or gas the last time we were there months ago, so this falls in the neglect category, and not just a new problem that has yet to be addressed. GET A PLUMBER AND FIX IT!!!!

Hiring manager there as soon as I walked in lied to me in my face puting on a sad act but no one has a smile while there said it does not look right and another thing is if your the hiring manager it is always your choice it isn't about the business the business only cares about numbers and the hiring manager said that they were sorry but the sorry was completely empty not truth behind it it was just a horrible experience seeing the hiring manager act and not be truthful the food I get there isn't even hot anymore it's always cold and the atmosphere the workers are fine but the manager is just horrible the manager brings the atmosphere down

WORST DINE-IN EXPERIENCE EVER - DO NOT LET THE RADIO STATION TWO BUILDINGS DOWN INFLUENCE YOU.
Decided to take my mom out for lunch while we were in Mount Vernon. Picked Pizza Hut because WMIX always says good things about it, but that was the worst decision I've ever made - never be inspired by RJ on the radio. Should have went to WMIX and told them the truth - it is next door!
When I came in, I had to use the restroom - when I went in, feces in the urinal! Floor, wall were VERY dirty - like everything in the establishment. Equipment also looked very outdated.
Next, we sat and ordered food. The food took very long, like 25-30 minutes for a small pizza and two orders of boneless wings! Only good thing about the restaurant was the food, it was decent.
The drinks tasted extremely carbonated as well. Pepsi and Mountain Dew didn't taste right at all. Thankfully. a new drink was given.
However, despite how good the food was, it was EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Almost 46 dollars for two orders of 8 piece boneless wings, a small pepperoni hand-tossed pizza, and two drinks! Jesus! It even took at least two minutes for someone to collect my bill at the counter!
One of the WORST ESTABLISHMENTS I've been to. This Pizza Hut should be shut down like the ones in Centralia/Salem.
