Took very long to get our Pizza 🍕. I ordered Cheese Sticks to eat before the Pizza but got it with my dish. This place was very DIRTY !!! I asked for some 🌶 AND GOT BELL PEPPER 🫑 🤣🤣. This place can use some GOOD HELP !!

The only problem was the smell, (sewer) it reminded me of Centralia Pizza Hut. The buffet was good, and the only reason we went. They did a decent job of keeping it stocked, I would have liked to see a wider variety of pizza.
Showed up at 6:07pm and pulled into the drive through since I was only picking up my order. There was two cars in front of me. I got up too the window at 6:13pm. Talked to the woman behind the window at 6:15pm and gave her my name for pick up order and gave her the coupons. She went too the machine to put them in and then looked like she was busy with the main floor and taking other ppl orders. I tried to be understanding since it looked like she was only server/register person there but I watched the cook put two boxes in the heat rack at 6:14pm and I assumed that may be my order so I kept eye on it. So I watched multiple orders go out, orders taken, couple cars pull up behind me then reverse and leave bc of the wait etc... all while those boxes just sat there At 6:43pm she finally comes back and asks me again how can she help me and I reply I'm waiting for my pizza and had to give her my name again. And low and behold guess what boxes were mine and been waiting for almost 30mins, that could've been handed to me when I first talked to her. I told her that they been sitting there for 30mins and her response was "Well I'm busy, I don't know what to tell you" and shut the window and walked away. No apologies, nothing.

Everytime I order a pizza an say NO SAUSE!! They still put SAUSE on my pizza. Then I get to wait for them to make it over while the rest of our family food is done..
Dietary restrictions: I can't have tomatoes of any kind.

Didn’t get any food. Didn’t get any service. Not one other customer was inside the restaurant besides my family and I. The 2 workers both saw us and said nothing so after ten minutes of that we left. Half way down the road I realized I had left my wallet so I go back to get it and not one of them say a word as they watch me walk over and grab it off the table.

I waited an hour and a half for my food The chicken wings that I got were supposed to have barbecue sauce on them and they put barbecue sauce literally in the middle of them and my cheese sticks weren't cut they were just cut in half one time and I ordered some extra sauce and they didn't put it in there come on guys this is ridiculous!

As a doordash driver I’ve had to come to this Pizza Hut several times. Every time I come there’s at least a 10 min wait to pick up the order. Most of the employees are friendly except the red headed girl who is always rude, and constantly threatening to report and ban doordash drivers from the store. She has yelled at me a few times for checking if an order was ready, and stated the order I was picking up (and had already waited 15 minutes for) was not a priority to her and I’d have to wait longer. I have reported her behavior to DoorDash support and requested to not receive anymore orders from this establishment due the way she treats drivers. I would like to say the woman with darker hair and tattoos and the older woman Dee are always kind and friendly to drivers, it’s unfortunate not all the employees can have the same attitude and demeanor.
