We had an incredible Valentine’s Day dinner at Rare Chop House! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. I ordered the filet with a baked potato, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly what I hoped for. The dessert was equally fantastic, a perfect sweet ending to a great meal.

My wife and I were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious! My wife had the ribeye and I had the prime rib. The portions were generous. Great food, great experience.
I personally think this is the best restaurant in Mt. Vernon. Unusual industrial environment, helpful, smiling staff who will remind you that you are a "customer" and great food. I highly recommend a visit.
