Bacon was like jerky, had the Madd dog burger, fries were raw. Empty drink for 10-15 minutes. Remember why we haven't been there for over a year.

We ordered the Steak Lettuce Wedge and Loaded Baked Potatoes and it was soooo good! Everything was spot on with our food and we didn’t have to wait long, even though the restaurant was packed. Our server was McKenna and she was spectacular. She was attentive and efficient. She was also knowledgeable and kind. We had a wonderful experience!!

We stopped in after a ball game,there was 6 of us and our waiter was great,big portions of food,and the rolls were good

They have basically the same rolls and cinnamon butter as Texas Roadhouse it's great I definitely recommend it if you're in the town. I think it's a top three restaurant in Mount Vernon for sure.

Husband & I ate at Showdown Steakhouse in Mt. Vernon, Illinois last night & as always our food was DELICIOUS & our service was great. Had rolls & cinnamon butter, potato skins, salad, grilled shrimp,& ribeye steak. Can't wait to come back Highly recommend

Awesome experience the other evening! Relaxed atmosphere amongst all the covid uproar and the food and service was amazing!! Definitely will be back.
