I go to Starbucks every day not the same store, though I get the same order a tall, black coffee half-and-half on the side full to Venti ice and a banana nut bread. I’ve driven all over Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky getting the same order day and day out. This store was going to charge me for the half-and-half and when I told them that no other stores have done that they said that’s company policy. Then she forgot my order. I had to restate it then she charged me wrong only charged me for the coffee. So I had to say hey, you didn’t charge me for my banana nut bread and so then she had all kinds of excuses about stuff as to why she didn’t get the order right. Her name was Tea. I told her that just yesterday I went to the same store and got this and didn’t get this much grief. I even tipped them because they were so cordial. I wouldn’t say the same for Tea she is not customer friendly

I did go through the drive-thru today in Starbucks, it didn't take too long to get through the drive-thru whatsoever. The lady that served me in the Drive-Thru seemed very happy and lively about her job, though. I did ask for a grande, and I got a really small cup... Last time I asked for a grande, It was one of their biggest sizes? Or am I just wrong, lol? 😂

never having been to starbucks i did not realize the level of smug i was entering. they wasn’t busy and yet the waitress had no time to discuss what the hell all that means on the menu. i ordered what i thought would be a nice sweet coffee drink and wouldn’t have used it to shine the rims in my car

Went today to get my normal bacon,egg and gouda sandwich with a venti pumpkin spice latte. The latte did not taste anything like pumpkin which is very disappointing. Here lately I've been very disappointed with the coffee from Starbucks All together. I've had better from McDonald's, and that's saying a lot, especially the Mount Vernon area. The sandwich was really old. I usually really love the sandwich. I ordered one last week and they accidentally made it with a croissant... So I asked them today if they could make one on croissant since my boyfriend doesn't like the bread it comes on but they would not do it. At least the $4 cake pop is decent. I got for my 6-year-old... I had to steal a little bite.
