Went through the drive thru and didn’t even get to order or even say a single word because of a rude lady that told me that they were “too busy” inside and couldn’t take anymore orders because they only had 3 people working. I drove around to the front of the building to look in the window and the lobby was empty and there were only 2 cars in the parking lot and it was the workers cars. I tried calling the restaurant but they didn’t answer. Pure Laziness! Don’t waste your time! Severely disappointed with the experience I had if you even call it that!

Hate ordering on the kiosk. Have to pick up your own order. Do everything yourself but still want you to add a tip. Couldn't get a refill after scanning QR code. Sad..... Won't be going to another one. Heard them telling drive thru that they weren't taking anymore orders because they were too busy. Who runs a business like that?

Kinda sucky honestly. You order from a kiosk and don't speak to people. You get your own drinks. We never actually ordered because the people disappeared and couldn't ask them questions. So had to use the kiosk to look up the menu since there was no paper menu. Plus side, if you do eat there, you don't have to tip because there's no service to this one. It's like McDonald's.

Employees were nice. I've been an employee and fan of S&S since the 60's, so I know how it should be. I understand now why most have closed their doors, and Freddy's is taking over. The sandwich was horrible. Fries are still great. Shakes have totally changed. Sad to see them go downhill like this.
Terrible all around.. I travel a lot and love Steak n Shakes but this is by far the worse one I have ever been to.. Service was terrible.. had green mold coming out of the ice machine.. bathrooms were nasty! Like wow.. need the health department to come check this place!

Eat here if you like being snapped and hurried by the drive through lady, and enjoy fries that are half filled. Oh and if you like looking at a dilapidated store front with sun bleached signs that are 10yrs old, you will love this place. For the low low price of $10 per meal after tax

Never again. Only the second time in my life at Steak 'n Shake. What greets me when we walk in the door? ORDER AT KIOSK. Not a hello, or smile - nothing human. So we order - oh yeah - it's noon and we are the only customers in the place. Brief comment to the young man at the grill - then a lady who yells my husbands name when it's ready. Not EVER paying for this again.
