Woefully understaffed. I was the only one there and it still took over 20 minutes for my food to be prepared - just a steak burger, fries, and a shake.

Oh I love steak & shake,, but never coming to this one again. RUDE, MEAN, HATEFUL.. Oh don't dare be handicapped at all,, cause the guy behind the counter, the 2nd he saw my son with obvious handicapped didn't waste a split second telling him to go over to kiosk to order in a rude way and then me right behind him. As we had trouble with kiosk,, and I tried to ask questions, then a Lady said we'll just come on up here if you need help, but then then we told her the guy said we couldn't order there. She says who did?? I pointed the guy out then he Lied and called us liers. Wow!!! I told lady who turned out to be a manager, told her to look on security camera and you will see,, then another lady who had walked in behind us and heard everything,, told us,, she to heard the guy tell us to go over to kiosk. Then manager was not so nice to us, and acted like we were the problem. Lady, all we came in for was lunch, not all this freaking drama. Nit a good start to out Xmas trip.

Horrible waiting at window for food to come out they disappeared from view. 15 minutes later cold food was handed out window .This location needs a surprise visit from food inspector, and corporate.!!!!

Was looking forward to a good eatout. The cook left and I had to wait 1/2 an hour for a refund. Tables were dirty and the kitchen looked worse.

Weird smell in the store, kids meal was tiny but was still $8 with a baby shake. Honestly if this is what this chain has become I will never go to another steak n Shake. Nobody in the parking lot when we pulled up I can see why!

never again go into steak in shake u do everthing urself but cook ur own food if i wanted 2 do tbag i would of just stayed at home and cooked a whole meal and the gurl i talked 2 was kindy rude 2.me and other people that tryed 2 talk 2 her about a to go box and etc....

Service was dogwater. They only have pay kiosk and don't take orders manually. The soda fountain didn't work. The cook was rude when trying to actually to get her to order food manually.

Zero Customer Service. Lady threw a bag on the counter with no eye contact and said there you go. These were the only words exchanged and that’s fine I suppose but after punching in your order on a screen filled with bacterial froth and waiting 10 minutes it’s just a bit disconcerting..

There was literally no cars in the parking lot, the workers must walk in to work. The shake was good tasting but waited 10-12 minutes and no one was there….. at supper time… sketchy to say the least..
