Absolutely terrible all of the tables were gross and the workers were all just sitting around doing nothing. The new kiosk with drink tickets is an absolute joke I will never be coming back. Sucks to see a what used to be good restaurant go so far down hill!!!!

Food came out hot and fresh. The cooks were fast and friendly. No more servers! Have to order from a kiosk from the front. Hospitality is all but dead. P. S. Their fries are done in beef tallow now and that's awesome. They also sell really good tallow and wagyu tallow for good prices.

First I want to say the shift lead did apologize and refund our money but the other guy working would not stop yelling cus words and complaining about having to do his job. This continued even after my husband asked him to stop and made him aware of our 9 yr old daughter. After more yelling and slamming things we decided to leave.

Very disappointed in this location. We were traveling with a group (mostly senior citizens), called ahead to let them know we were coming and the staff was extremely rude, refused to take customer’s orders, made them go to the kiosk and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to serve us. When you work in the SERVICE INDUSTRY, service is a big part of your job!

Went through the drive thru and didn’t even get to order or even say a single word because of a rude lady that told me that they were “too busy” inside and couldn’t take anymore orders because they only had 3 people working. I drove around to the front of the building to look in the window and the lobby was empty and there were only 2 cars in the parking lot and it was the workers cars. I tried calling the restaurant but they didn’t answer. Pure Laziness! Don’t waste your time! Severely disappointed with the experience I had if you even call it that!

Won't be going to another one. Heard them telling drive thru that they weren't taking anymore orders because they were too busy. Who runs a business like that?

Kinda sucky honestly. You order from a kiosk and don't speak to people. You get your own drinks. We never actually ordered because the people disappeared and couldn't ask them questions. So had to use the kiosk to look up the menu since there was no paper menu. Plus side, if you do eat there, you don't have to tip because there's no service to this one. It's like McDonald's.
