My wife made an online order and neither one was toasted, and messed up toppings. she called to let them know our order was messed up they said they'd fix it so brought sandwiches back up there the worker was extremely rude about it and refused to fix it. Very poor attitude

Hours posted says open at 10am, but it's 1010 and the doors are still locked

We came in a hour before closing tonight. The girl was very nice and understanding that we was looking longer that most people because we wanted something to fit our diet. She was very nice. She made our two bowls and they were both very different and she was fine with it and kept making sure she was adding what we wanted.
Most definitely will come back!

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. I drive for a living and have a lot of subways to compare too!

Went in on evening 10/16/24, two girls working, both very rude, “what bread how long,” after paying didn’t even look at me just slid the sandwich across the counter., the taller of the two that made the sandwich just threw the ingredients in there, didn’t separate cheese or meat and rolled the thing up with the opening face down so all fell out as you unroll it!

Place was filthy tables and floors and there was only me and two other ladies there. And the girls were just chillin in the back looking at their phones. I was in management before I started my trucking business. I’d get rid of these two pronto if they were representing my business.

Ordered 2 6" subs and a pretzel. The subs were OK but when I got home and checked the pretzel it was burnt. That's the 2nd time I've gotten something there thats been messed up. Won't eat there again.

I came in for a Subway salad. They waited on me, but I really thought they were quite rude. This was 2 young ladies working at noon on New Year's Day, if their Manager wants to know.I paid over $15 for a salad. I left the lowest option for tip since I felt disrespected.Also Subway is all about personalizing and they didn't want to allow me to do that. I'm new here but have had mostly a good experience. Just not here!

It's a Subway

I went to get a sandwich when I got off work but wasn’t even able to get it because they had their doors locked 15 minutes before close. I would understand if it was around 5 minutes but 15? What the point of closing at 8pm if you are going to close the doors at 7:45pm?
