The store was clean, all veggies were available and there was plenty of parking. John helped us and he was simply great. Although we could not use the coupon we had he offered a different deal that the store had. He was sweet when getting the details of each sandwich and provided great customer service. I highly recommend this store.

The staff at this subway are friendlier than any other subway I’ve ever ate at in my life and I eat at Subway almost every day. I’m here on business for my job training. I wish that this subway was back in Terre Haute Indiana where I’m from but the subway here in Mount Vernon, Illinois the staff there are the friendliest most courteous Staff I’ve ever met and they always make my sandwiches just right thank you for providing such great members that work there

My father had done an online order to pick up, when he gets back home, he checks his sandwich which is missing Bacon. He order a BLT, and I don't know how they forget the main part of the sandwich..So he had to go back up there and get the bacon, they tried to say they forgot it in the microwave..
