The staff at this subway are friendlier than any other subway I’ve ever ate at in my life and I eat at Subway almost every day. I’m here on business for my job training. I wish that this subway was back in Terre Haute Indiana where I’m from but the subway here in Mount Vernon, Illinois the staff there are the friendliest most courteous Staff I’ve ever met and they always make my sandwiches just right thank you for providing such great members that work there

My father had done an online order to pick up, when he gets back home, he checks his sandwich which is missing Bacon. He order a BLT, and I don't know how they forget the main part of the sandwich..So he had to go back up there and get the bacon, they tried to say they forgot it in the microwave..

Clean and orderly establishment, my order was 100% accurate, and the two young guys were very polite and friendly. All the tables, the floor, the prep area, the drink station, the counters, the ovens, the toaster, the parking lot.... all of it was completely clean! The guys were on par with proper sanitation with washing their hands often and wearing gloves that they changed any time they touched non-food items like the toaster.Great food, great place, great employees. I will absolutely go back next time I'm in the area!
The service received was top-notch. Kid had a great attitude, and made our sandwiches ? as we ordered, with a smile, and almost as if he was happy to do it for us. Something that is a rare sight these days.

They do a pretty good job but it is pretty slow in this subway . So they aren't overwhelmed with customers when I go. This is why I go to this location .....quick, fast, and friendly staff. In and out in a flash. FYI...if u want quick service and very close to interstate for u travelers so u don't lose alot of time stopping.. this is a good location to go to for that quick quality meal and that quick getaway to you travelers. ; )
I believe they're overpriced for a cold cut sandwich chips and drink.
