every time we doordash from this taco bell, or even go in person to get it, we are missing items. there has not been a single time that i’ve gotten EVERYTHING I PAID FOR. we customize our tacos/burritos just for them to come exactly how they are on the menu. it’s beyond ridiculous, atp we won’t be eating taco bell. and certainly not from here.

Order food tonight and the food was not made right and drink were completely flat and when called and told them they refused to refund or remake the food I don't recommend the taco bell to anyone in mount vernon

Ordered the new, $9 box, everything was cold, the meat was horrible, tasted spoiled, I’dk, it tasted like my food was sat out for hours then served to me, it was a late drive thru run so I was very disappointed! Been there plenty times and never had the issue, tried calling no answer so I’m leaving this review! Do better night shift please

I use the drive-thru. It would be beneficial for customer service if the menu was available before the speaker so when you're at the speaker trying to look at the menu you're not rushed to make a decision because your employee is impatient and there are time restraints they have to adhere to

Gave us the wrong order—twice—and told us to just get back in the drive-thru line if it was incorrect the second time. We told the worker what we were missing (over half our order) and she went back inside to presumably get the rest of it. Over 10 minutes later she had not come back out and we needed to be somewhere so we had to leave.
Very good but don't take counter orders anymore. If you can't read or work kiosk then go through drive thru. And have a bank roll. It's very expensive now

This use to be the “good” Taco Bell in town. I use to take my family here. The last 2 times I have been have been at dinner time 7:30ish. Not late at all. The evening shift is of course all kids or younger 20s. Then you have the I think night shift manager in a cowboy hat. We pulled into the parking lot and every employee is standing outside hanging around smoking cigarettes and pot. We had to walk through the smoke. Go in and ordered from the kiosk. We ordered the Cantina Chicken quesadilla meal, large fry, 2-5 layer burritos. We received the food. The employees took care of a car in drive then went back outside to finish hanging out. I opened my quesadilla and it was cold, not grilled, and not even cut. There were literally 3 small chunks of chicken and cold shredded cheese (not melted). Nobody around to tell them what was wrong with the food. This place has gone way down hill. Definitely NOT a family place for dinner. The evening employees are more worried about going to the gas station to get energy drinks and smoking than their jobs.
