The service in this place is absolutely terrible! Ive lived in Mt. Vernon 12 years and ive always heard good things about track side. I ate there my first time within this past week and will NEVER go again. My food was overcooked my fiancees food was not served with the extras she ordered for it so they stole money from us. The server looked like she was fried out of her mind and very unattentive. Our table wasnt bussed when we were sat, it took 10 minutes for us to get drinks, another 30 for the nachos we ordered, and another 45+ to get our food. After waiting this long for our food the server had to come back and re-ask me how i wanted my dish served so after sitting that long planning to dine in we definitwly took our food to go! Pretty pathetic honestly with this place not even being busy throughout the time we spent there. Absolute trash!

February 14, I ordered two Prime Rib Dinners. Half of my order was missing. And when we went back to pick up the rest, they gave us attitude for pointing out our order was messed up. And I have yet to figure out why it doesn't matter how you order your cut of meat; it's always going to be well done. But that's most of the restaurants in the area, just to be fair.
