“Out of chili” at 9 waits 30 minutes in line for 2 salads and one meal, then “we’re out of salads” after being charged, gets refunded realized they didn’t even get the other salad initially on our order, very unapologetic and unconcerned. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m not one to judge bc I worked fast food and I get how it can be, but that’s actually horrible service.

The food was cold, my burger had no flavor. I asked for only ketchup and they put mayo, mustard on it. I didn’t even get ketchup on it. I ordered the baconator fries and they just out in shredded cheese and didn’t even melt it.

When I walked in the building I immediately took a whiff of the air. The air smelt magical. Then my eyes went to something on the wall that let out a strange smoke. When I walked by the smoke, it smelt really good. I highly recommend the scent in your homes. After that me and my father went inside the family restroom which was questionably made for one. When I received my food, my father told me the fries were cold, but he must have been on something because I thought the fries were mediocre. The food was maso menos. Aside from, the people and atmosphere of this restaurant were very friendly and cool fellas. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A FANCY DATE OUT. P.S. your welcome boys. Even tho I used to work here… I knew it wasn’t worth it. We sat in the drive through for 15 minutes, 5 of which we sat at the window waiting for drinks. We got two large lemonades and it took them 5 minutes to make them only for them to not be mixed. At all and 90% ice. I’m disappointed honestly.

Ugh, I knew it........I told myself not to after the last time, but dangit I did it.......if I'm being honest the sandwich was good. The people you have to go thru to get it just isn't worth it. Sorry Dave, this place is a dump.

Been here twice and both times have been a mobile order. First the was 45+ minutes and the second 30+. Never again.

Slowest fast food in history. Used the app as the drive thru was full. A full 20 minute wait for a burger, chicken sandwich, fries and 2 drinks. But the food was fresh.

I went inside to use the restroom, first of all. No toilet paper in the bathroom. I waited for ever to order and receive my food to go. The burger was cold, nuggets lukewarm, they did not have ice in the fountain machine. Several workers in the back but no one keeping up with customers at the front counter. ?

It's Wendy's. Not much more to say. Always check your packaging and your products that you order because they might not be the same thing that you did order I've had to turn around several times but if you place an online order more than likely it's going to be correct because I haven't had one of those mess up yet. Also for the sodas take a sip if you're going through the drive-thru because I don't know if they check their pop boxes or not but it doesn't seem like it at times. The manager here is awesome though he has long hair and a beard and gives awesome customer service.

Service is hit-or-miss. You either wait for an unnecessarily long time, or they're quick. If you do go here, go during breakfast: employees on that shift know how to run a restaurant.
