Went thru the drive thru tonight, the lady running the window was very rude and rushed everything, food was cold fries, nuggets, burger was all cold like it had been laying around for a while, burger was made incorrectly. Absolutely horrendous service from wendys

Service is terrible, nearly walked out last visit because I was staying there waiting to place me order for TEN minutes while the lady prepped 2 door dash others. Time before that I in wanted almost as long to place my offer & then waaaay too long for the good. It's a dirty store to boot

Went through the drive thru twice within two weeks. First time my daughter's drink tasted like chemicals and no one would answer the phone and then today the muffin was chewy and not even toasted, sausage still frozen and cheese was cold.

Wendy's delivered a satisfying visit that felt a notch above the usual fast-food stop. Mrs. K's baked potato with cheese was light, fluffy, and delicious, a simple dish done well. My bunless Double Baconator fit perfectly with keto eating and was full of flavor, proving that even a hearty burger can adapt to a different style of dining. The parking lot was tidy and free of litter, which set a good tone before we even walked inside, and the dining room itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Altogether, it added up to a pretty good experience that left us both pleased.

The food was ok. But it took 30 min to just order and get my food. Slowest fast food service I've ever had. And the bathrooms were pretty gross. The people in front of me gave up and left before they even got to order the line was so slow.

One of the female staff ALWAYS has an attitude. If you are so miserable with your job you push customers away just quit!

Fries are soggy and undercooked, burgers are cold, and chicken dry and hard.

My family and I put in our order well before they closed l, they waited forever to assign a driver from doordash. When my washer got there the manager proceeded to yell at her and refused to give them our order. When it comes to door dash you can refuse it if your closing but since you accepted the order then you honor the order. I will be taking this to your regional managervand higher if needed but I will not be returning as a customer nor will I recommend you. This was fully on you and your crew and you had no right to take it out on the dasher.

Employee was very nice. Store was dirty, hamburger bun was stale and burger was cold. Toilet didn't flush in women's restroom.

My friend went on their lunch break to get me food since I have disabilities and don't own a car. The lady was very rude towards my friend, and didn't put a single one of my toppings on my burger, nor was my cheese fully melted on my fries. Very disappointed because I usually love coming here. 👎👎
