I brought my mom here at 8:15pm on a Thursday because we had heard wonderful things about the food. We looked up the menu ahead of time and picked what we wanted including appetizers - we were so excited!
Unfortunately after the 30 minute drive we were handed a “late night menu” that was only appetizers and pizzas. NOTHING we had planned to order was available and there was no info online about limited menu after a certain time.
We had the mac n cheese bites and despite four employees at the bartop, we received room-temp food and cheese dip that had developed a film from sitting in the window.
We had to wait an additional ~10 minutes to receive our ticket to pay even though the present staff outnumbered the paying customers.
We were super bummed but ended up at Crawford’s down the road and had AMAZING burgers.
All that to say, call ahead of time to ensure the kitchen is serving their full
menu before you travel for a meal.

Came to Findlay to visit family and looked for something new to try on Google Maps. So glad this place came up. The food was amazing and the waitress was so fun! We will definitely be back. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

This place has some amazing food. Second time here because we don’t live in the area. Wanted to come back after our first trip out here 3 years ago. We have the pretzel bites and Cuban sandwich. Just a great as the first visit.

If you find yourself in Moweaqua, you absolutely must make a pit stop at the Salty Farmer. Whether you're in town for a specific reason or just passing through on a road trip, it's worth taking a detour to dine here. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted promptly. Our server was quick to take our drink and appetizer order, and let me tell you - the portions are massive! We tried the fried mushrooms and fried pickles and couldn't even finish them. Moving on to our entrees, the portions were just as generous and everything was incredibly tasty. We'll definitely be coming back for more. After our meal, we wandered around the charming shops in downtown Moweaqua. Checking the Salty Farmer off my bucket list was the cherry on top of a great dining experience! #bucketlist

Food and service were good. Had the BPT. It was good, however, was a battered one, not breaded. My wife had the fish platter.. we enjoyed our meal. The service was great.

Portion sizes are great! You can’t go wrong with any of the horseshoes. They always have exciting meals for the daily special as well! And the fresh made chips are delicious.
Kid-friendliness: Something for the whole family there!

Food was great. Very friendly and welcoming. We stopped for dinner in between basketball playoffs. In turn causing it to be extra busy, which they handled very professionally and confidently. The food was prepared thoroughly even with crowded pressure. Only downside was the passing of business cost of card fees to the customers.
