Me and my daughter ate there on Thursday around 2 pm the GM (I believe) was a amazing person helped us out with a smile very friendly but I was most impressed by the gentleman that was working lobby and changing trash his friendliness and personality towards me and my daughter was top notch this man deserves a promotion very hard to find in any fast food place anywhere from a person that does not like most McDonald’s cause of the staff this McDonalds in MT Sterling is top notch 5/5

They got our order wrong and it was very very cold in there. Nobody wanted to take your order until you used the digital one that you do your self. The French fries were extremely salty and it was so bad that our lips were burning. The bathroom were so so cold, and the girls bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Very bad service and there were only 2 employees that were working and 6 cars in the parking lot. There were 5 employees in the back that were doing nothing. The manager was not really doing her job. This is very frustrating.

Who’s the manager ? Like why does every order have old fries the morning and afternoon people serve fresh but at night they don’t care if your offer is right or if you have allergies to tomatoes they disregard your needs when it’s closing time. They either are all out of pies or they just don’t feel like making them.

Its a McDonald's there are far better options available. The grease had soaked the bag when we got it. The staff were mechanical and seemed to rush the order only for us to wait on the food.
Haven't been to mcds in years decided to try it again against my best judgment. The place was dirty all the tables had stains on them and food was all over the floor.
Save yourself and go to the subway or across the street to the small burger joint.

We buy a chicken sandwiches today with my kids because they hungry from volleyball game and they give us a looks like a rubber bread and the chiken is not good taste its horrible,.i dont want to order again
