Me and my daughter ate there on Thursday around 2 pm the GM (I believe) was a amazing person helped us out with a smile very friendly but I was most impressed by the gentleman that was working lobby and changing trash his friendliness and personality towards me and my daughter was top notch this man deserves a promotion very hard to find in any fast food place anywhere from a person that does not like most McDonald’s cause of the staff this McDonalds in MT Sterling is top notch...
Different opinion for each establishment on their own. My opinion is that they most of the time are poorly ran and so the attitude of the employee varies. Most McDonald's employees are rather nice but most times the service sucks because the attitudes suck. Definitely need to make sure those in charge have better attitudes. Worked at 2 McDonald's places and one of the questions you must answer when filling out any applications is a "Something in your daily life...
My experiences here are mostly good. Ultimately my kids are always happy when we leave. I mostly do drive thu and I do make sure to check my order before i leave. There have been times i have had missing items or items prepared incorrectly. In those times though they have always been able to correct the issues with no fuss.
