Consistently messes up my order, like almost everytime I order. And the staff is mostly unfriendly and somewhat rude

I almost always have a good experience at my local Subway. Today, I put in an online order, waited, and went to pick it up as soon as it said “Ready”. The kid behind the counter hadn’t even started the order. There was only 1 car in the drive thru and a family eating. No biggie. I left and got other groceries while I waited. Went back, it was ready. Sandwich wasn’t toasted, but was great on all other aspects. Well, I just sat down to eat the second half of my sandwich, and I bit into a small sharp piece of plastic. I’m not mad, just “huh”. I work in the restaurant industry and it happens. Main point of this post: Be mindful of order timing, prep area tidiness, and pay extra attention to materials. Trust me, not the weirdest thing to happen.

Subway, you get to pick all the stuff on the sandwich. I always get everything including olives and hot peppers ?️ yum.

I ordered a sandwich through the app ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait for lunch. I arrive to pick it up and they never made it. After waiting to have it made I get back to work to spend 5 minutes to devour my sandwich just to find out it's the wrong one. I called to notify the store that it was the wrong order. They told me I was wrong and that way what I ordered. Not only that but I had to bring physical proof that I was right. I understood especially for the area how it gets busy at certain times and that there were only two people working. What I don't care for is being talked to so rudely when I just wanted my money back at that point. I understand needing proof, but the way I was spoken to made me never want to order from this particular subway again. Let alone go back just for a refund. I don't want to deal with their horrible attitude.
Dietary restrictions: I have been trying to stay away from beef and pork due to heart issues. I ordered a turkey sandwich and got a beef sandwich instead.
Can't go wrong with Subway. There aren't that many restaurants in My. Sterling. However, there are enough. The people are very friendly, so, the service is always with a smile.

The workers were phenomenal BUT they only had 1 footlong of Italian bread and the rest plain wheat. They were out of chicken for the chicken bacon ranch sandwiches so I used the rotisserie chicken. It was decent. Very busy, and only 2 workers. I would return though. I suppose they just had a bad evening?
4/1/22 @ 12:35pm I ordered a chicken bacon ranch 12” on white with American cheese toasted. The young lady greeted me and asked what I would like. Placed order, she toasted and ask what veggies. Tomato, green onions and banana peppers. Wrapped it and started on next person in line. The lady at the register did not ever look at me or even acknowledge I was there. She was counting down her drawer, on the line. 10 minutes went by, still zeroing out drawer. I work construction and half hour for lunch. I had to walk out without my food. I wouldn’t of been upset if she would of said hi give me a few minutes I have to make a drop. Just acknowledge that I was there waiting to pay. The lady behind me was just as upset. I don’t know if she left as well or not.Very disappointed with this subway. After ready some reviews I think this is a pattern here.The good part of this subway. The place was very clean. Smelled clean as well. The cold bar was very clean and well taken care of. The veggie looked crisp and fresh.
Just spent over 20 minutes in the drive they waiting to give my order. The guy behind me left at 20, I know because I could hear him cussing about it. I finally got tired and went to leave there were two girls working and both of them were sitting around on their phones. Never took my order.
