I went here yesterday for the first time and the lady at the register seemed mad and she had a very rude tone towards me and was very disrespectful just how she was talking to me as well as other customers and the food wasn't that bad but the atmosphere wasn't good it was a very loud room that was very crowded I couldn't even hear myself talk it was freezing in their and it felt like I was surrounded by alot of stressed out people I was very uncomfortable and it seemed the restaurant wasn't in the best shape when you look closely at the interior and I waited for almost a hour or about 45 minutes for my order and my food wasn't terrible but everything else was it just seemed unfriendedly too me and other customers as well I recommend if you order get take out and not dine in and watch out for the prices some of them were ridiculous so I'm giving it 2 stars.

Staff is rude and unfriendly, and the service is horrible. The food is alright at best with ridiculous pricing and if you even get your order right when ordering takeout your lucky ill just keep it at that, and its very run down from what it used to be. I also found the restaurant too be unclean and a safety hazard too their customers. I don't recommend.

I usually get the pizza to go , best hand tossed around. The beef sand is very good. I know it's hard to get good help and keep up with things with cost like they are. I am going to have to go to Joe's pizza in pinckneyville to get a good chicken parmesan tho.

Bland flavorless food, expensive, lacking servers, greasy pasta, when our drinks got low the waiter handed me a cup of sweet tea to “refill” my 3 children’s cups. This was our first time coming here and we chose it based on the recent good reviews. But this is sad, if this is what they call “authentic Italian”. We have an Italian restaurant closer to us that is authentic with an Italian owner and it is 10 times better than this. Disappointed is an understatement. We will not return.
